T&C's, Igaming Rep Invitation

In light of a recent issue I had and constant postings in regards to hidden or ambiguous terms I am inviting all IGaming reps to respond to these questions.

1) Where are your terms and conditions posted?
2) Do we need a lesson in navigation to actually find them?

I know I am dreaming but would love to see a standard set by software providers on the clarity of T&C's. I think all the terms should be clearly posted with the bonus offering on the same page, in words that all can understand.
