Hi joined one of the Vegas Partner lounge casinos today. Managed to make play through and hit cashout for a few hundred $$$. How are they are paying back to neteller ? times etc.

Sent in all documents and they requested more not bitching but I deposited with neteller - and to get my neteller account had to give my life history before that was opened. Sent VP scan of passporte / util bill which apparently was not good enough as they need one from June for some reason .. anyway scanned n sent. Just pain the back side though as dont they know to get a passport in the UK you need a stack of information its not like you can just draw one out of a hole in the wall. Anyway lets see what gives Any feedback on these guys appreciated. So far so good though - decent playtime and support seems good

They should be OK.

All casinos want a RECENT (last 3 months is the norm) utility bill or bank statement, anything that proves you live at the address registered. Operators just do not trust the Neteller verification procedures, or they know something about Neteller they are not telling us - so do not trust that Neteller have properly verified the customer.

Maybe it is down to the risk of someone having stolen another person's Neteller account, and maybe the casino cannot reverse-verify registration details with Neteller.

There was another thread recently where it was revealed that Moneybookers and casinos share personal data with each other WITHOUT necessarily obtaining permission, and it raised a stink.

For a Neteller deposit, there is no reason to ask for more than an ID and proof of address, and there is also no reason NOT to pay the entire amount back to Neteller, since this is what Neteller was designed for - an online "purse" for easy transfer of gambling funds.

A Neteller withdrawal should appear INSTANTLY once it is processed, which should happen within 24 hours of both the pending period passing, and confirmation documents are OK.

Well i had to go through loops n bounds to get my neteller open. Anyway they have all docs since yesterday and still no reply. Withdraw still pending so lets see. No more deposits for them until I hear back
