BREAKING NEWS:
After an exhaustive search I've gotten my hands on the first Online Casino Win BIG, WIN A LITTLE and KILL BUTTON. As you can see from the picture it appears that the #1 switch is the win switch, the #2 switch is to win small and the big red button is the kill or take all your cash button.
It appears from the picture that a female is in control of this casino and that a key is required to actually push the kill button, so not just any casino worker can wipe you out. I know you're probably wondering if land based casino's have this same type of button and my gut says yes but I'll need to update you later when a picture is available. We also found it odd that the instructions were written in RED and the operator wears RED fingernail polish.
This investigation has also revealed the correct term when a casino takes your cash, POW. We think this means "Pull Out Winnings" but not 100% sure.

I do need to give one quick update on my above breaking news.

It appears IP tracking could be for real. My sources have just found hundreds of these forms inside a dumpster that reflect IP addresses. Could be connected to the POW button, not sure. I'll bring more updates when available.

hey I have a question, why did you get payed 1105 £ there when 3 skulls only pay 2 times your bet wich is 5 £. shouldn't that only pay you 10 £
