2-5 days for withdrawal to QT?????

I have never heard this before from any software!!!! Guess I won't play at Superior anymore. Is this normal for this casino?

You are now chatting with 'Thomas'
Thomas: Welcome to Superior Casino Live Support. How may I assist you?

    Thomas: One moment please.
    me: ok
Thomas: A withdrawal usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
    me: into use my wallet?
    Thomas: Yes that is correct.
me: wow, never heard it take that long before...ok thank you Thomas

Sorry to say but at all the Rivals I've played at (in the past) it does take that long.

I believe 2-5 business days is the standard line Rival casinos give when you inquire regarding payout to an ewallet. I had a payout from Vegas Regal last week-I asked when it would be paid, they said 2-5 and it was paid mid-day, e.s.t. on day two. I am pretty sure all of the rivals have the same processor, except Slotocash. Hopefully you will receive your money closer to day 2 than 5.

One day theres going to be a good casino, that pays players who use ewallets instantly. Bodog used to do this a few years ago, used to take 10-15 minutes to get a payment.

I never understood why the casino cant keep an employee on duty 24/7, to process cashouts to ewallets. The expense is not that great, and there are not that many cashouts that one employee cant handle it.

Casinos will tell you it is to prevent fraud, but when someone only uses an ewallet to deposit, and can only withdraw to the same ewallet, the fraud risk is almost non existant.

I believe 2-5 business days is the standard line
This is very true but be careful and don't get your hopes up too much for they have invoked the 5 day rule a few times with me and I then have been paid by the 8th day due to it running into the weekend a few times.

Stopped playing at all Rivals casino due to this. I still play at only one every once in a while but not like I used to. I try to avoid casinos that hold the players funds hostage until they feel good and ready to pay out...

That should put them in a dogpile with all players and on the not recomended list , but for some reason, players continue to patronize them...amazing...as one said, the apathy of many players, accepting what casinos dish out....when it is our money and we control who gets a piece of it...
