Yep, you are as right as rain there "just play"...that definitely seems like a malfunction to me..
Maybe the SlotO'Cash Rep can add some insight for us here.

I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago...I had to look twice because it was in the free spins...![]()
I got that little box that came up disconnected or something, and the sound was still on, but the reels weren't spinning and that was the last screen to come up. I never got paid for that win either?
I wrote Sloto almost 12 hours ago and have yet to get a reply, except "it got sent to the manager".

It is odd and I see it did not pay you for the wild on reel 4 so it has not registered as a wild.
You would have won a fair bit even on a 1c bet as 4 crows alone X4 for 3 wilds pays 1200 and you have that multiple times playing 20 lines.
Then there are all the other wins too. Looks like it payed for the wilds on reel 1 and 3 though.
The thing is what are the 3 symbols supposed to be?
The $4.53 was there before this spin showed up. I had my $4.53 then it spun, then I got that disconnect box and only sound, this was the last spin before I had to shut down.
I heard back from Sloto saying they haven't received my screenshot, that's funny because I sent one to the manager and one to support.so of course I sent a third one, oh and PMed the rep from here.

Thank you for your prompt response, after reviewing the playlogs for your account i can see that the screenshot you provided was between he 5th and the 6th spin of the freespin session looking at the logs I see that indeed an irregular period of time had passed between the spins this suggesting that you indeed had to log out then log back in in order to continue.
However the play log shows that on spin 4 which is the One that you got the error on Paid out $4.53. As per these findings I unfortunately have to say that the system did pay out accordingly.

Well at least they accept there was a malfunction.
Of course just telling you that the system did not pay out accordingly is of little help.
As you say you have more questions to ask, not least;
What should it have paid?
Will you receive any extra winnings it should of paid?
What was the cause of the malfunction?
Has it been fixed?
I you look at the screenshot there is no "dracula" symbol behind the wild letters on reel 4.. So actually the symbol to trigger the expanding wild isn't there, so the letters wild are just returned in error (likely to you disconnect problem).
