"Casino Freebies" are always nice to get, especially when you get lucky enough to cash-out on them and INetBet is one of the best as far as giving monthly manager bonuses to their regular players. I got my manager bonus this month while I was playing! I got all messed up because the bonus comes with a WR and max cashout, so I just lost on purpose. It wasn't a big deal cause I only had about $10 left of my own money and I wasn't winning anyhow. But check this out, I wrote to support and told them about it and said "what would have happened if I'd won a RJ?" - and they wrote back (within 5 minutes!) saying that IF I'd won a random, they'd probably let me have it because it was their mistake to put the bonus in while the account wasn't zeroed out.
Of course it's a moot point because I'll never ever win a random, but still it was kinda cool. Too bad I didn't win one. Also it was Alan and he wasn't mean to me at all. lol

Okay this maybe a stupid question but how do you get the free chips. I have an account there and have deposited in the past. I don't get promotional emails or any free chip offers. Anybody with some insight as to why would be greatly appreciated.

INetbet give the "Manager Bonuses" to regular depositors there. Meaning that you make a few deposits a month as an extra incentive for the regualar players.

We normally never add a MB when there are funds, however there are thousands of accounts to be added and sometimes mistakes are made.
We can check on what portion of your funds would have won if you had a hit a RJ, however as this was our mistake we would of course honoured any win.
lol, of course it's easy for them to say that after I'd zeroed out my account by myself!

I believe they would have paid it. They always seem to do the fair thing. Even if a player makes a mistake and plays the wrong bonus they will let you start over. They are my favorite and I look forward to the managers bonuses.

If Inetbet says they would have paid, I am certain they would have if you had hit a RJ.
Some people are down on Inetbet for lack of live chat and phone support, but as far as fast payouts, reasonable bonuses and integrity go they are hard to fault.
I would rather have all those things and forego live chat any day.

I agree - But to be fair to the fans of phone and chat support, whenever I've written an email to iNetBet, they've always responded pretty quickly. I'm sure if I'd written to them and waited 2 days for a response I'd be complaining too.
