    Question VIP Monthly Bonus-Has ClubWorld Changed?

    I have been a VIP at Club world for over two years. I had always received a sizeable Monthly Bonus, which is one reason I played frequently. For the past 4+ months I have not received a Bonus or the amount was less than I was use to and not enough to compensate for my losses and the fees I have to pay Quicktender to fund my account.

    Has anyone else noticed a change at Club World.

    I also do not think support is what it use to be although there are still a few reps that reward players as they should.

    Please post your comments.

    Also, wins have decreased terribly at both Club world and INETBET recently.

    I haven't received a Manager's bonus from CW since December when I cashed out more than I deposited. Can't get a loyalty bonus either. So I have cut my deposit way back. Figure if they don't want to reward depositors I will just take my business elsewhere.

    My loyalty bonuses have dropped considerably also for the last few months. I don't know if I am considered a VIP player or not, but my loyalty bonuses have dropped from hundreds of dollars to $50 or less. I thought maybe it was because I was splitting my play up between the 3 casinos (Club World, Aladdins Gold and Lucky Red) so I wasn't losing as much at one casino making my loyalty bonus much lower at each casino. But now I don't think that is the issue at all...bonuses are just lower and not as often as they used to be.

    I've also noticed that the "thank you for playing" bonuses are few and far between if any at all.

    I haven't had any issues with support.

    Me too!

    I have also noticed a big drop in loyalty bonuses.

    I still deposit at Club World, but most of my deposits go where they reward players more.

    I hope a change is coming.

    Because, I like Club World.
    I have won two RJ's there. And had no problem getting the money.

    Thumbs down Recieved email from customer support

    Emailed support regarding change in monthly bonus policy. They gave this reply,"bonus is based on amount of deposits in relation to deposit bonus coupons redeemed, and winnings." Since they are running more promos that require you to deposit and redeem a coupon each day, mon-thurs in order to qualify for "special bonus" on friday, players coupon redemptions would naturally go up.

    I am not buying their explanation. My play has not changed and I use to get 100.00-200.00/ month plus an additional 100% deposit bonus coupon that had only a 10X playthrough. That has also gone bye bye.

    I am not going to play there anymore.

    They opened the other casinos and that is probably why they can't afford the substantial monthly bonuses anymore. Too bad.
