    Credit Card issues

I just wonder if anyone having some issues depositing using a visa prepaid card? I just got a new prepaid visa card and I activated the first time. When I attempt to make a deposit at a casino it was denied. I made 2nd attempt after correct the infomation and still denied. I call my prepaid visa card and learned that the activation didn't go though. So I went ahead and activated again. I went back to the casino and I wasn't able to make a deposit using my visa. I contact support and was told I was denied to use my visa due to negative database or chargeback. How can that be possible? New prepaid visa card and end up negative or chargeback? I didn't even make a first transation yet.

They suggest to use QT which I did made some deposit in the past. I heard lots of issues from players having problems with QT. The only thing I using QT is for fastest withdrawal. I only used prepaid visa to make a deposit.

I even let them know that I'm using prepaid. I can't see the harm of not accepting it. I try to get Rep or support to understand this. I would like to ask you for any feedback to help me out if you can. Thanks

Certain prepaid cards do not accept transactions from gaming sites. That may be the cause or when you ran your card the first time and it was denied the processor may still have it in the system. Trying calling prepaid first and asking if you can use at gaming sites. Or you can wait 24 hrs and try again -

I bought a prepaid about a year ago, I had many problems that why I use qt now. good luck

    Hiya Bluewater

Are you sure this is about the prepaid card,
could it be that the casinos processor has you flagged in their system?
Have you done a chargeback at another casino before?

Sorry for all the questions lol, but they may make your case clearer.

    Thanks!

No Freddy. I'm pretty sure is a prepaid card. I used it at all other casinos with no problems. I got another new prepaid card and the card wasn't activated. There was no chargeback at all. I was told that card was in the negative database or chargeback. How can that be possible with a new card that never made any transatation yet? I was told by support that If I enter my visa information wrong, wish may be the case then they can block me from using visa deposit. Normally, if I enter it wrong then I should able to correct it or activated it and try again. Not taking this method of payment away from me.

There shouldnt be any problems with the card if you haven't any chargebacks, which you said you didnt.I have entered the wrong info many times and went back and corrected........note: i wouldnt go asking the credit card company if it was ok to use for gaming, kinda like" the dont ask dont tell "policy imo.........laurie

Yes, it a wired plastic prepaid card. It just didn't go though the first time because it not fully activated. I contact the credit card co just to make sure it activated the 2nd time before I use the card again. I don't ask credit card Co if is ok to use gaming.

I too had some problems at the start with my Wired Plastic card. After it being denied many times I called and went through the activation process again. Since then I have had no problems. It has worked at every casino I have used it at. The only bad thing I can say is that the Wired Plastic Card is black and is a bitch to get a really good copy that casinos will accept when going through the verification process. Other than that I think pre-paid visa is a hassle free way of funding your online casino account.
