Hi there!! Has anyone had any problems with this casino?? Myself and a few others are waiting to see if they are going to pay out on winnings we won off of their $10 sign-up bonus. The promo stated that there were no wagering requirements other than you had to reach $50 in order to cash-out, with a $250 max. I just wanted to let everyone know that my cashout was deposited into my Neteller account today, just as I had requested when I cashed out on the 3rd. Jan. I did not receive any email's from the casino at all. I was notified by Neteller that the deposit had been made. The payout was fast, but I would have liked to have had at least the standard, no-reply email from them confirming that they had received my cash-out request, and that it was being processed. I hate having to keep logging in to the casino to see what's going on. This being a new casino for me, I like to hear something from customer service just to let me know that they are there when I need them. sls616

Like I said in my earlier posts, the only problem I had was the fact that I had no contact with customer support. I realize that you are a new casino, and you were probably swamped with new registrations for the free $10 promo. Alot of casino's I have played at send an automatic email of aknowledgement with each cash-out request. This is any easy way for the casino's to keep in touch with the player's without having to have someone manually type and send a response. I have posted on other forums that I am a member at, that you are an honest casino who does payout, unlike some of the others who do not.
