Howdy. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but, I see where the casinos ask for your phone number, which is reasonable for identification, but do they ever call you? For example with promotions, etc. Thanks.

But based on mine, they will. Some of the Fortune Lounge casinos have called me in the past, offering me promos. Very polite and courteous. I think the sales rep didn't know who I was at first since he called me on my business line; I thought he had some information about a player issue for me.Based on my experience they will never call you.![]()
Most casinos use these phone numbers to verify player accounts. But if receiving phone calls makes you uncomfortable (or you don't want your spouse or boss to know what's up), notify support that you don't want any phone contact - only email - unless it's a critical issue.

Same here. I've been called several times as well. There are some that offer phone support to anumber you can call. There are others however, that ask for your number and will call you back if you have a support issue. That sounds like what you might be refering to. Most of them will call you, especially if you ask for it. Some call for promos.
Hope that helps.
