• Terms and conditions clearly stated and non conflicting.
  
• Customer service that is courteous and able to rectify and problem solve in a reasonable time frame.
  
• Access to customer service via email, chat and telephone.
  
• Documentation should be requested if required within 24 hours.
  
• Payouts in a reasonable time frame, by reasonable 24 hours is great, 48 acceptable, after documentation has been accepted.
  
• Clear communication if there are any issues with payouts or terms being violated.

Well it shouldn't be a fantasy at all and I'm sure part of your response was joking and sadly part of it is the cynical truth, but I don't think any of it is unreasonable or it shouldn't be. Maybe it's just my ideal little world however.

It all boils down to 3 things:

Honesty
Respect
Competence

I know honest and respectful rakeback (online poker) affiliates who are not competent - although their intentions may be honorable, the results are occasionally equally as damaging to players as if they were outright fraudsters.
