Great experience
I had such a great experience at Casino Titan that I feel it is necessary I do something I don`t often do - post on a public forum.
I messed up, and Casino Titan was so helpful, that I wanted to give credit where credit it due. This is what happened.
I had a reasonable-sized win and decided to cash out by cheque. Coincidentally, I had another payout pending from another casino, also by cheque. The cheque from Casino Titan arrived, and the amount of the play bonus was of course subtracted from my withdrawal. However, I forgot about the play bonus, and therefore I thought the cheque was from the other casino because the amount of the cheque was closer to the other one. I deposited the cheque at my bank.
A while later, I emailed Casino Titan asking when the cheque would be sent. (In reality, I had already received the cheque and cashed it, but in my mind I had attributed it to another casino). When I told them I hadn`t received it, they cancelled the cheque and issued a second one. The next day they learned that the first cheque had been cashed. After I received their email, I realized my error and they cancelled the second cheque. Then because the first cheque had been deposited but not yet processed by my bank, and then had been cancelled, the funds were later removed.
To sum things up, once I informed Casino Titan what happened, they happily creditted my account with the amount of my withdrawal. I then chose to withdraw using a webwallet.
The amazing thing is that throughout this entire process that was 100% my fault, Casino Titan was 100% professional, reliable, helpful, and understanding. They answered my emails within hours. They even told me not to worry about how things would work out, and that "I was in good hands". I certainly was.
When casino support is this helpful when a player is the one at fault, it shows their true colours.
So for this reason, I will echo my Kuddo's out to Casino Titan!!
