I didnt win and cash out until my 5th deposit. It beats the the rushmore group with well over 100 deposits between all their casinos and STILL no cashout, which is frankly digusting. Ive uninstalled all of their casinos![]()
All sounds good, takes EWX, so read the TandC's................pay new players the same amount per month as I have actually wagered on a single hand of online BJ after splits and dd's............disappointed............ as I could relate to Audi's post in another thread, I believe, on some points pursuant to the mindph**k that goes on with variance so it all sounded perfect or maybe better............what a disappointment.

I agree, I have deposited I think 4 times at Casino Titan. Some of the play was good and other times it was bad. I did manage to get to the withdrawl stage and am waiting for the bank transfer to process. I gotta say Casino Titan is by far the best online experience I have had to date. I am not saying that because I won I am saying that because it is true. Their CS on live chat are incredible. Emails are answered very quickly.
I won a good deal on a deposit of less than $100 and was able to post some awesome screenshots in the winners thread. When I contacted CS regarding the cashout they were very upfront and answered all of my questions. Through the whole process they were courteous to a fault. I still get their promotional emails which is nice because I won at a Rival Casino and since then I have not recieved any promotional emails and deposit bonuses have gone bye bye. I definitly think Casino Titan should be in the running for the best customer service this year.

Congrats Laurie on your win. Can you PM me and let me know how one would go about getting a use my wallet account. I am having the devil of a time getting the information. I used the wire transfer option for my cashout with Casino Titan and I know that takes a few days to be completley processed.

Hiya Silc, I agree, Casino Titan is by far better than Grande Vegas from a customer service standpoint. Just sending the docs to Grande Vegas via fax has been impossible for me. That alone raised some red flags for me, also the limited withdrawal options for US customers is not so good with Grande Vegas.
IMHO Casino Titan CS is as good as 3Dice. It’s only a pity that CS at other casinos doesn’t even compare. These two casinos will continue to get my business because I feel valued as a customer whether I win or lose. Of course it is always better to win: lolup:

Next time try asking the CS which slots are hot. After having a few bust out sessions I asked live chat which slots were good that evening and as a result I ended up winning playing the slots the CS suggested. It never hurts to ask and you might even get more playtime or win!
I had such a great experience at Casino Titan that I feel it is necessary I do something I don`t often do - post on a public forum.
I messed up, and Casino Titan was so helpful, that I wanted to give credit where credit it due. This is what happened.
I had a reasonable-sized win and decided to cash out by cheque. Coincidentally, I had another payout pending from another casino, also by cheque. The cheque from Casino Titan arrived, and the amount of the play bonus was of course subtracted from my withdrawal. However, I forgot about the play bonus, and therefore I thought the cheque was from the other casino because the amount of the cheque was closer to the other one. I deposited the cheque at my bank.
A while later, I emailed Casino Titan asking when the cheque would be sent. (In reality, I had already received the cheque and cashed it, but in my mind I had attributed it to another casino). When I told them I hadn`t received it, they cancelled the cheque and issued a second one. The next day they learned that the first cheque had been cashed. After I received their email, I realized my error and they cancelled the second cheque. Then because the first cheque had been deposited but not yet processed by my bank, and then had been cancelled, the funds were later removed.
To sum things up, once I informed Casino Titan what happened, they happily creditted my account with the amount of my withdrawal. I then chose to withdraw using a webwallet.
The amazing thing is that throughout this entire process that was 100% my fault, Casino Titan was 100% professional, reliable, helpful, and understanding. They answered my emails within hours. They even told me not to worry about how things would work out, and that "I was in good hands". I certainly was.
When casino support is this helpful when a player is the one at fault, it shows their true colours.
So for this reason, I will echo my Kuddo's out to Casino Titan!!
