Laurie, sounds like your withdrawal will be processed when Louise is back from vacation on Tuesday. I agree, this is a large sum of money, which i am sure they are hopeful that you will lose back to them---
I have uninstalled Rushmore, Cherry Red and Slots Oasis from my computer., I don't like the way they run their business,
    Pam

Several months ago when playing at Rushmore, I was more than a little irritated that my withdrawal was lef pending for more than 3 days. Support told me the accounts manager (Louise I presume) was on vacation and nobody will process the cashouts. Okay, after Louise returned my withdrawal was processed shortly after. I was even given a comp. However, I told Louise that sort of arrangement must not continue. Cashouts should be processed through a system like Jackpot Capital or Inetbet where withdrawals take at most 24 hours normally.

I believe that my words did not fall on deaf ears. Rather, there seems to be a reluctance to address this problem and I would agree with some posters' observations that they want us to reverse and lose back the money and in turn could mean some cashflow problems. It would be a simple thing to allow cashouts to be processed within a 24-hour frame for regular customers and only when there are security issues with the cashouts or where they are large in size should the manager's approval be required.

    Also uninstalled

As dcpam39 I have also uninstalled Rushmore. I don't tolerate casinos who don't pay in the time frame they state.
Terms and agreements should work both ways. Basta!

All of us gamblers have one powerful way to clear the worlds business of gambling: we don't invest our money in casinos that don't follow the rules.

It is as simple as that.

It is investment and entertaining together. More fun than the stocking market. But you don't invest in stocks that are going down, do you?

Well as i have said in a few other posts my first / last experience with slots oasis was both very good and very bad. Hittting a 6k random and then it took weeks for my wire to arrive. 101 excuses the same bull they are using on the latest threads about slow pay. I did in fact give 2k back as it was sat in my account forever but at least managed 4k clear. Based on that and the insane withdraw time sure they got 2k from 6k back but never saw another dime of me. In my view totally lame - and avoid. But hey thats only my opinion

It shouldn't take a rep at CM to get people paid, unless it is a special case.

I agree - if they're going to leave it up to only one person to run the show and fix the problems, then the very least they could do is train a couple of assistants to take over when Louise is off work or otherwise not available. But like Pina said, it shouldn't take a rep to get people paid - it's fine for us here who are members at CM and who know how to contact Louise, but what about the people who aren't?

These threads lately about the Rushmore group and slow play is not sitting well with me at all. I guess I am fortunate (?) that I have not cashed out there in my last 40 deposits or so. They are the only RTG's I play at anymore as I was initially impressed with them. Also I have noticed that their support staff is quite incompetent and unfriendly as well.

Just because Louise is on vacation is no reason to have all these withdrawals waiting until she gets back. I manage a restaurant here, and when I am fortunate enough to be able to take a vacation., I make sure the place is staffed with enough employees and management to make sure its business as usual when I am not there. I simply cannot stop one aspect of the business when I am gone.....otherwise I may as well shut the doors until I return or when I am off. I would think this would apply to all businesses. Anything less and you are simply driving away the customers.

Perhaps she should warn everyone when she goes on vacation, or they should shut the casinos down when she is not there....as it seems like cash is only going in one direction when she is gone

Nothing more than a pathetic excuse, I guess imo!! They have a VIP department with several employees and I have spoke with others who impressed me. Then a silence from all, no reply to my emails (Louise was not on vacation as I patiently waited 7 days for a reply),blah,blah,!!.....Hands are probably tied for a reason(s) but I doubt Louise's vacation has any correlation to the reason(s).

Regardless, at least enough signs for RED FLAGS TO BE FLYING HIGH but hopefully they come down soon.

IMHO, it is time to remove this group from the accredited list.

Update: I never got around to PM Louise. But I got a pleasant surprise when I got home from the club tonight. Received two emails about money received. One was the long awaited withdrawal from Slots Oasis, and the other one was from a more recent withdrawal from Cherry Red Casino.

Don't know if it was Louise who pulled the strings, but I got my money and I am a happy camper
