Yes it would be best but would one expect anything other than RIVAL 2.0. Their statements in regards to slow payments (always processing) were not worth the bandwidth they took!....IIRC, a quick exchange between CM and Louise mentions "processing"!

Also Louise's most recent mentioning of growing "10 fold" while at the exact same time is in damage control mode in regards to slow payments triggers my red flag,lol--JMO!!

I would suppose that the slightly recent processing bust hit some casino's very hard and it would also be reasonable to assume that some of them could have lost a lot of $$ in the confiscations that occurred due to that bust. Those funds are gone bye bye never to be seen again. Some casino's with small floats and/or operating budgets could have really been hit hard by a big loss of funds.

I'm not saying that is what is going on in this casino's slow pays but we have no way to really know what exactly the issue is, so we can't be blamed for wondering what exactly the deal is, can we?

Now this is an area that Regulation will actually make a difference if Nevada's, Miss.'s, other's gaming laws are the online Regulation quasi-boilerplate. A little low on funds, Your History!!..........Google Herbst or Terribles in Vegas!!

Ive always been a supporter of this group, mainly due to Louise and how fast their payouts were, but I must say Im really disappointed and shocked at how badly this latest problem has been handled.

Please Louise....just give us a reasonable explanation with as much detail as you can commercially provide and maybe most of us will accept it on good faith. All Ive seen so far is vague references to 'various issues' and a long list of what are NOT the problems.

I don't think Louise is going to tell us much more than she already has to date. She has had lots of opportunities to be more forthcoming. She strikes me as an honest person, and my guess is that she has said all she can say regarding the slow payments.
I have cut way down on my play with the Rushmore groups. I try to only play when i know that Louise is available (Sun-Thursdays) to process my payouts. I may cut down even further, because, although Louise is wonderful to work with, I really don't like having to go through her to receive a timely payout. I prefer to be as anonymous as possible-and a part of me cringes every time i have to email her for a payout.
I do believe that the Rushmore group is utilizing slow payments as a strategy to reduce the number of withdrawals they have to process. Most players love to play, and you have to have a lot of self-discipline to not reverse your withdrawal.
    Pam

    suspicious

    Hi.

I joined Rushmore casino 1 month ago, and I sent my documents before playing and all was fine. A got a message that everything was OK and any pending withdrawal should be processed within 48 hours.

After 48 hours my withdrawal was not approved. Nothing.
I tried the live chat support, and they said it was problem with Neteller.
(Same day I got a payment from another casino to my Neteller)

Another day went. I sent a message to rep, no respond. So I decided to get in touch with rep. through Casino Meister, and suddenly I got responce immediately. And my winning was paid.

Well Louise fixed it, and I should be happy and quiet. I got my money.
    No, I don't think so.

When I have to to work and deal to get money that I have actually won in a proper way, the whole entertainment of winning is spoiled totally.
As we players are bound to follow "terms and conditions" paragraph to paragraph, this should concern both ways. Not paying timely is breaking an agreement. If I don't pay my own bills I have to pay fees for the delay.

I will not spoil my experience with casinos who have "delays". Why bother. There are casinos using this software who never have disapponited me and always paid me on time, or even earlier than they were obliged to.
    I'll stick with them.

their fast payments was one of the things that really made them stand out.
Inetbet has no problems with their payouts so I will stick to them until this gets sorted out!

I had a phone call with a customer service rep at Rushmore casino, asking about my 2 withdrawals of 2k at each casino, i was almost floored when he said it could be as early as sometime next week, i dont know how the rest of you feel, but to me thats a lot of money.

Louise deserves this vacation , i imagine they are being over ran with complaints as i was told , when i take a vacation or im out of pocket, i leave someone in charge to take care of any issues that may arise, so that im not bothered, it sure seems to me like they are not helping Louise at all.

I know that i will be paid, there is no doubt about that, i would just like a honest to goodness time frame answer, thats not to much to ask.......is it?.........laurie

NO it's not to much to ask at all and having only one person (Louise) who can take care of these issues shows a lack of good management or incompetence or both.
