    Has anyone got the same problem - aka impossibilty to log to Royal Joker , using RJ+ intertops username ?

    solved - created new account.

    yep - erased that part , they just told me to create a new account ; got an email giving me 10$ free on RJ , they credited me manually on the new account

    Same problem about 4 or 5 weeks ago. It took a few days to correct but I maintained the same UN and PW. At that time I believe it was an issue that RJ had to get MG (and not Kentucky which I had already passed that test) to correct,advise,involved but dunno for sure.

    Glad they had a quicker fix/solution for ya.

    been a while since my last post, but hello to everyone!

    similar issue:

    I switched from intertops to royal joker since intertops would be changing to rtg and intertops green were not getting any of the new games. After switching to royal joker, my account was being locked every morning. After i made a cashout (not my first), my account was locked again and my withdrawal delayed pending some communication with MG.

    Apparently there were some issues that royal joker had to take care of with MG, i still don't know any of the details, but my account was finally unlocked today. Unfortunately, my cashout is being delayed again and my due bonuses have not been credited. Throughout this whole thing, the cs has been helpful, though i'm still not sure why the delays with my bonuses or cashout.

    My username and password has remained the same, so i did not have to open another account.

    And excuse me for going on a slight tangent, but when i played at intertops, i had a VIP host who helped to make my play more enjoyable. Royal Joker has no VIP host, i would appreciate any feedback on what to expect in terms of loyalty bonuses, comps, withdrawal times, flushing.

    Good to see everyone is doing well, but i'm bummed that some of the regulars are no longer here.

    Thanks for your email hippo925. I was playing at royal joker today, and in the middle of a session was locked out. Regarding bonuses, i joined approx 3 weeks ago, and received almost daily bonuses. i thought the vip hosts just transferred over to royal joker, so this is good information.

    FYI, I went to log in today as I had not since I last did 4 or 5 weeks ago.....Locked again today which is the 4th time with the first being supposedly Kentucky (they had all my docs. and had approved before) but all 4 are well I dunno. Doubt I will go through the ordeal again, too time consuming and frustrating

    Had to call about the RED today so decided to go through the Royal Joker ordeal again on not being able to log-in once again but I did make Desiree listen to a bunch of old war stories.

    She knows how to resolve the problem as one must log-in to www.___________ through a browser then download an update. UN and PW remain the same. That said, there is a setting/link that Intertops/Royal Joker must deal with/set first. I was not so fortunate for this to happen in our initial failed attempts to resolve today. Got fortunate later. I believe Desiree, very pleasant person, has it down to a science now

    When I first changed over to Royal Joker, same thing happened to me on a daily basis. About the 5 time it happened and I had to call them, I got kinda short with them. Whatever they had to do to fix it, they did and I haven't had a problem since. No problems with the Red casino either.

    But, like one of the other poster, haven't received a bonus since the first month. I got bonuses out the wazu the first month and nothing since.
