Royal Joker / Intertops

When I first changed over to Royal Joker, same thing happened to me on a daily basis. About the 5 time it happened and I had to call them, I got kinda short with them. Whatever they had to do to fix it, they did and I haven't had a problem since. No problems with the Red casino either.

But, like one of the other poster, haven't received a bonus since the first month. I got bonuses out the wazu the first month and nothing since.

sounds like the exact same thing that happened to me at royal joker, except mine happened right when i had a cashout. I keep being told that everything is in order and to wait 24 hours, but it has been 8 days now. However, i know they did have some holidays but this is still way off the 24-48 hour mark.
but it's intertops / royal joker so i'm not too worried yet. anyone else having long delays with cashouts?

as for bonuses, all i get is 10% for the week's deposits. since my e-wallet charges 5%, it's essentially a 5% bonus on my deposits paid once a week. kinda of suprising considering my play (when i play, i usually make the top 10 list for the current promotion.) i had to call and argue my case just to get the 10% weekly deposit bonus. i think they need a VIP host (especially if Nashvegas is gonna play there!)

I am sure with the move they have their hands so full right now but no worries they are top notch over there and will make sure everyone is happy campers I had players telling me they are being paid in 24 hrs this whole week so that is awesome!

Yup... my next cashout was under 24 hours! That's more like the intertops / royal joker that i'm used to.
