Don't worry; you're gonna get paid. But all EuroPartners casinos (Europa, Tropez, Del Rio, VegasRed, Craps.com, Titan...) do those stupid tricks to make you cancel your withdraval and lose your money.

I played in Casino Del Rio two years ago, deposited 50€ got 100% match, fullfilled bonus WR and won 380€ in live Blackjack and Roulette. Then made a withdraval of all the money and the next 5 days it appeared as 'pending'. Just forgot about the casino and 20 days later I got the cheque by DHL without any ID request.


I love Playtech games but I hate those dodgy operations...
