TOC, first many congratulations on winning at RTG!
Only a few deposits and such wins, amazing.
I have however not been so fortunate lately.
I have won on numerous occassions (just check the winner screenshots) and I will be the first to share my winnings here..
However when bad times start at RTG it can get really ugly:
I have now lost 40 plus deposits straight. Also play time was minimal.
I have asked for game logs and during these 40 deposits and close to 10000 spins at 1$ p/spin my payout percentage was 75%.
I had 10 or more occassions in which I did not get a free spins feature for over 300 spins. Almost 95% of the time the feature paid the minimum of 5x-10x bet.
I know this is still a relative small sample size but still it sucks big time when this happens.
Above example is from two casino's so it does not matter at which RTG casino you play.
After this I think I have a relative easy decision to make and that is to quit playing RTG. The games itself are great and you can win big.
However the bad streaks are far more common and what should be fun (reason I play) then turns into frustration.
In that case I can think of a LOT of other fun things to do with my time which also are a LOT cheaper![]()

..but now it sucks the fun and money out of playing any RTG. I closed my accounts with Slots Oasis, Cherry Red ( I did win a RJ there a while back ...but they all seem to suck, since they 'updated')and will close Inetbet, especially after this weekend.
Just when I think I'm gonna hit a good pay-out the spin wheel 'jolts' and I miss it. The bonus idol just is a 'blocker' to stop you winning anything...the endless sound of that one 'idol' in 'Aztec Treasure' hitting the same spot, same reel is so annoying and I just sat at my 'puter with one hand holding my head up , because it was soooooo annoying and draining(Happy little poster, aren't I
)
I am a USA player, too and as Silcnlayc said...cannot wait for more casino doors to open here.
I am returning to playing at Tournamentgames.com for now, so that I can have a thrill (playing games) without losing too much money.
Yes, I think they should take note and see that we will have more options and won't have to be almost tied to these RTG's.
Thank-you Silcnlayc for starting this thread.
Post #10 in case you missed it.

I did...completely. Thanks for pointing it out. I had not even read this thread in a couple of days or maybe more. Maybe TOC should just not read, or skim these threads. It works much better than getting worked up about it, or being rude. At least it works for me...always learning.

You know, it is our fervent hope, our plan, to be the ONE US facing RTG casino that IS fair, is reasonable, is worth playing at. Some others seem to be doing a decent job of taking care of their customers generally as well, cherry red in particular....
We've been working with RTG software for years, really, and statistically, it seems to stack up as well as or better for players then anything else we've seen from an operators' perspective. For players, the wins may be further apart perhaps, but we think generally BIGGER. So totally understand the prejudice against the platform, esp. in some of their choices for operators, and at the end of the day it IS of course your choice.
But we wanted, as Americans, a top 5 casino platform to offer our bingo players and other fellow North Americans--for a platform, RTG is the best in our opinion. As far as we're aware, there are no "suckout" modes, no differentiation based on wager amounts beyond what ANY slot machine online or offline has; it's really truly random guys! in our short life we have seen players with very small starting bets ride up to HUGE payouts on the slots. trick is when you're playing with the house money is to risk it, it seems....
Anyways, we're here, just about done settling in (no flash games yet, after those are in and tested it's the end of the soft period--but hope we NEVER stop learning!) and after our true baptism by fire here, hope we continue to stand up as an RTG who will do their damnedest to be fair and honest with you.
If you never want to touch an RTG again, fair enough, can see your point. But if you care to try a casino running on RTG that wants to be fair, honest, responsive, we're here. Guarantee: we will not always get it right--but we will always work to set it right.
Best!

Me: They were once the cream of the crop to play at, in the same league as Intercasino and a few others that banned USA players.
I have always loved playing at the RTG's, that is what I started on when I first found online gaming many, many years ago. As I stated above, RTG WAS great, and fair for many years...it has only been in the last year to year and half that I felt changes were being made without notice...again ,only my opinion. If you never want to touch an RTG again, fair enough, can see your point.
I will return to them full force once they have some competition because I do like their games and always have. I just do not like donating at this time which it feels like to me (JMO) when they have the run of the mill...rule the roost...do what they want attitude..... Hopefully it will open up to the USA market soon and we can once again get gair play out of them ...again, jmo...(just my opinion)
.
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!
seeing as you are here, BillyCubed, and you seem quite approchable, can I ask a couple of questions regarding the randomness?
Is it possible to change the payout of the slots?
If so, how fine-grained is it? (can you do, say 96.75%)
Also, how is that change apparent to the game? Do the payout amounts change? is the number of each symbol per reel changed? Are any other rules changed? Or is it a reel-choosing algorithm that changes - are the reels genuinely random, or are they chosen by some algorithm?
Don't worry if you can't answer them, I am just curious! I guess that RTG may consider them 'trade secrets' anyway, but there's no harm in asking. If you want me to keep any answers confidential, that's fine too - but I know you won't trust me with that ;-)
Thanks!
