Global Player is one of the premiere casinos on the net. I can't imagine you running into any problems there cashing out and if you do their support is awesome.

I've rarely ever gotten a complaint about these guys...and they've been around for a few years. I found BJ info on the site, but it's more like playing tips and not specific T&Cs:
