In my experience for microgaming its 32red usually have my money in my moneybookers in under 12 hours. For rtg if your depositing with an ewallet it would be casino extreme they are instant but only allowed one per day.

Seriously though, from the days when I did - you can't go wrong with the following:

Microgaming: 32RED - Fastest bar none. They'll flush too.
Wagerworks: All pretty good, but Blue Sq Casino seemed the least hassle and ALWAYS got ewallet back IMMEDIATELY I pushed submit, bank within two working days. Getminted the same, I'm guessing they use the same processor
Cryptologic: Intercasino - IMMEDIATE to ewallet, two working days to bank. Again, the second you click 'submit' it's sorted
RTG: I have never cashed out from an RTG casino. Seriously.

Call me old fashioned, but I wouldn't dream of playing with any other software provider.

well not here, i made a withdrawel two days ago with 32red to put the money on my moneybookers account and instead of sending me the money they ask if i send them all sorts of personal papers like copy of identitycard, copy of creditcard, copy of bankstatement etc... but atleast they say to hide the 8 middle digits on my creditcard. platinumplay casino asked for a copy of my creditcard and they said that i wasn't allowed to hide off the middle digits!!! they needed a copy of my creditcard with the full cardnumber on it

I think they altered this recently. I started noticing sometimes there was an overnight delay and my guess is that it's instant during normal working hours only now.

That's pretty standard practice at all legitimate online casinos. Sometimes they wait a bit,other times they ask after your first withdrawal.
