are we in the USA wasting our time trying to win a ticket to this tourney as it states where you can pay to play like 4 players min. the amounts are in E50 or E40 etc etc etc

if that is the case why are the casino's emailing us USA players an saying get your chance to win a ticket?
Or am I reading this wrong?
