Online Casino Roulette

Hi,
This is my first post I would like to take this opportunity to voice my opinions regarding the fairness of online roulette.

Firstly I play purley for fun, however I have my concerns. I have played several online casino sites and they are all the same.

They all advertise random number generators, however I do not believe they are random at all.....

I play red or black I have my own little system but that is not what I am here for, my post is about the so called random numbers.

On the sites that I have played , they all start by being fair and random, after about 30 spins they change and you end up getting for instance 12 or 13 blacks on the bounce which just does not happen in reality. If you are British and have the sky channel then you only have to tune in to the live online roulette channels where you will see for yourself that you will only ever get 4 maximum red / black spins on the trot. That is because in my opinion those tables are fairly spun. You just will never see 12 / 13 spins landing for example on black in succession. This therefore tells me that these online tables which I have played are fixed.

If you have the sky channel tune in and see for yourself or indeed go to a proper casino and see, you will never get 12 blacks/red on the bounce it is virtually mathatically impossible, you may get it once every month but not several times an hour which these online companies throw up.

The online tables i have played have been IMO fixed. I will give you a simple way of creating random numbers. Get a coin and spin it, see how many random heads or tales you can spin in sucession, try it, it is impossible to spin 12 /13 heads for instance on the trot, impossible, if you do not believe me then go ahead and see for yourself, it is impossible, these tables are clearly fixed to generate anything other than random numbers. Now i am not saying that the tables some play online are not fair, I can only comment on several sites which i have played, they have all been the same, clearly fixed.I have witnessed on several ocassion where black came up 30 times, red twice and 0 once, impossible, it just does not happen.

I will never play online casinos ever again, the above numbers just do not happen in reality.

Welcome Fiddled I take it you are a Violinist?

A good and interesting post. I sort of know what you mean because Roulette is a very difficult game to get a handle on at times.

Once I was playing on Chartwell software (which some call Cheatwell ) and I was betting red for quite a big sum only for black to come 17 times in a row - a 1 in 100000 event.

And as you say you can watch on Sky and you will almost never see a run like that.

You might think I would totally agree with you. But I have a simple explanation to explain this conundrum. The Sky show only has one draw a minute so you hardly get to see any spins. If you play online you will be doing 4-5 spins a minute so you will see and awful lot more funny outcomes.

If major software companies like Playtech, MG, Crypto and Chartwell were cheating at Roulette then it would get found out pretty quick because all the hand histories are available. Infact if they were cheating us they would not throw these long runs of single colours in but would jsut pick certain numbers slightly more often. You can almost see these long runs as evidence of their fairness.

The bottom line is these casinos make enough off us with their 2.70 or 5% House Advantage. With an edge liek that why would they need to cheat?

Of course online roulette is fixed. In fact, every slot, blackjack, poker game, you name it, anywhere you play, is fixed. This may be online, land based casino machines, penny arcades or betting shops.
The pure fact that any game anywhere has a "random generator" for its operation, destroys the fact that the outcome is random. To put it simply, the "randomness (if such a word exists) is generated, so its not random!
Going back to spinning a coin, the outcome is totally random and the results are infinate. Get a computer program to do it and the results are confined to that program. Take slots. How many of us have had fifty or sixty consecutive spins without a win? In an ideal random world, it would not be impossible to hit the jacpot two or three times in a row! But gambling has to be run this way, so we're all stuck with it and will have to rely on good luck.
Just a thought

Well, i do not believe that roulette is fixed. You have a faire chance to win with a 2,7% minus. This percent is not growing up for the online casinos by fixing the game. Bur i believe that they every casino chooses the randomness , and the software provider are changes the randomness for them, but in a fair way. Some casinos playse with the psychology of the players, by choosing for example that 15 black numbers cominng in a row more often, but the red numbers are coming in a row the same, so the are fairness , but the players not plays the black 15 times in row, for several reasons and the casino profitate .

Wink roulette

hi , just to add a point ive played years on online roulette & can confirm that it is not random ,im not saying its fixed but....... it plays well for a while then traps you into your betting pattern, then all of a sudden you will lose loads & loads of spins untill its regains some of its payouts , though i have seen myself several times at a land based casinos 15-21 blacks & reds in a row , but it happens far more often online , so maybe the best way tbh is short rounds no real long sessions or play live games that way at least you can see it .

The numbers which have come up on the online casinos which i have played are fixed end of story, mathamatically as i have explained they are virtually impossible ie 12 / 13 blacks in a row. If this sort of run came up once a month if you played 3 hours a night then ok maybe , but even then mathamatically it is still virtually impossible, when these runs come up once or twice an hour then i am sorry but it is clearly mathamatically impossible, it just does not happen. The numbers which have been produced on the roulette I have played are simply not random, the reason why I will not be playing these games again is simply that I have no faith in the governing bodies which monitor these sites. If a governing body monitoring the sites which i have visited , allows these sorts of runs i.e 12 blacks or reds on the trot in such a short succession , which again as a mathamatician i will say is virtually impossible at the best of times never mind two or three times an evening, then i think there is something also wrong with those who have been monitoring the sites which i have played. How they can allow this is just crazy........ it is impossible to produce such numbers..it just does not happen on such a frequent run...mathamatically impossible.
Another negative with regards to the sites I have played, one in particular owes me money, yes i luckily won 1000 pounds, but they would not pay me, but that is another story(they are a well known online casino site),,,,,,
the 1000 pounds win was genuine and i checked on the games which i could play in order to withraw winnings and the game I played was verified by their online help ( the roulette I played should have qualified towards winnings). After i won they went back on there word and I ended up playing blackjack which i had no idea on how to play, I lost 500 pounds before eventually they would process my withdrawal......500 pounds
Three weeks later i am still awaiting my winners cheque of 500 pounds...
I only think they processed the money because i created a stink and threatened legal action against them. However i am still waiting for the payment. It only takes 2 minutes to deposit your money, but hell when you win they delay and delay and delay, Obviously hoping that you deposit more money in which they will do you and get back on what you have won.
The whole system stinks to high heaven, (can only comment on the ones i have played) but the ones I have played all appear to have the same setup.
My advice to anyone reading this post is firstly do not play online casinos, if you go to a proper casino you are guaranteed your money if you win that night, just go and cash in your chips, secondly in relation to roulette you will get a fair spin, if you play roulette then you will see for yourselves that 12 /13 black / red on the trot on a real table just does not happen. 3 or 4 max which is mathamatically what you will achieve by spinning a coin. If you do play a red / back system then they are likely to ban you if you win big money on a regular basis.

Best wishes this is my final post i just had to come on here and tell it how i percieve it to be ............

In fact yes to hell with it, i will post one more post if and when I get my winnings, £500 pounds i am led to believe. I will tell you now that i will not get 500 pounds , impossible, it is just not going to happen.....
I will explain why, there will be very very small print and changed and ammended rules along the way.... if i get 500 pounds then i will bare my arse in trafalgar square...it is not going to happen.. i will expect a cheque more in the region of 100 to 150 pounds to match what i have deposited,, you wait and see..i will let you all know...that will be my final post....

3/4 times, huh? Try it! We had to do it in school and my longest streak was: Heads, 9 times in a row. A classmate made tails 12 times. And we flipped for about 30 minutes (what a waste of time, we have computers for stupid things like this).

No casino will ban you for using a system. They will offer you free rooms, food, drinks and hookers to keep you at their tables.
