King Solomon first experience

I played at King Solomon 2 years ago when they were RTG, win some lost some, never had any issues with them. So today i tried them again (2 years later), they are now using playtech software.

After playing for about half an hour in fun mode to test their slots (which are really great btw) i made my first deposit, 20$.

After making my deposit noticed that my balance was 40$... apparently they automaticly gives you the welcome bonus. Anyway it did'nt take a minute, the chat window open and i was warmly welcomed by a casino representative !

I wasnt expecting that lol. First thing she asked me if i was speaking french (she must have seen i was from Quebec)... anyway i said YES of course and she start chatting with me.

She asked if i was aware of the different bonuses, i told her that i was not generally playing with bonuses, i dont want any strings attached when it comes to withdrawing. She then immediatly asked me if i wanted the bonus to be removed, which i agree and she removed it right away, setting my account OFF for future bonus deposit (great).

After that we chat a bit more, she gave me a 10% cashback (no strings attached) if i ever go bust (nice).

Anyway i did'nt win, but i certainly did'nt expect that my 20$ was going to last me this long. Playing all there slots i played for a good 2 hours ! When i play at a casino, i dont mind not winning, but what pisses me off is when you made a deposit and within minutes it's gone. It certainly did'nt happen here and i had fun.

It was my first time playing a playtech casino, i'm a slots fan and was mostly playing RTG and MG, but this experience might have changed this, playtech slots are great.

I had a very positive experience with King Solomons Casino as well... I didn´t even deposit there, I got a promotional offer for 10$ free...I played for a couple of hours and won over 2000$... I had absolutely NO problem with the withdrawal. It was on my Neteller Account within 24 hours! It was really great!
I haven´t played there since, but I will once I have more time again!

KS still has the RTG casino, I play at it regularly and get bonus offers specifically for the RTG casino (with "coupons").

sorry hun but i think you must work there to be honest as i have tried it on the back of your post only to find a lying supervisor and the worst customer service ever experienced and also refusal to credit the correct bonus i would not reccomend any1 have anything to do with this casino

More than a year ago I played at their RTG casino. I deposited by Moneybookers and tried to cash out slightly more than $120. Oops! Only wire transfer was possible despite being a casino that has been around for so many years. I confirmed this with support. The fees for Wire was hefty so I had to go back and played and would either bust out or cash out a larger sum so that the fees wont hurt. Well, I busted. Several months ago, it came to my notice that they are actually able to refund back to the ewallet you deposited with. When I queried them on this and why they didnt send the money to my MB card then they said this was only implemented recently and at the time of my cashout they had no way of refunding to MB. I felt that was a lie but I could not prove it. Needless to say, I have not been playing there since not being able to withdraw via MB.

It's a rotten shame as they were the cream of the crop when they were using the MG software platform and there were no such ridiculous issues with them then.

IMO, the folks at KS let the UGIEA beat them.
They are only a shadow of what they were pre-UGIEA.
