Yea, that's always the way it was when I was using my neteller account as well. Maybe Tom will chime back in here and clarify that one for all of us as I'm sure there would be quite a few more peeps here interested in that new policy. If in fact it is a new policy.

Their reasoning is they can charge it even though it doesnt get mentioned any where on their site and they can change it as they like lol.

    Hi zman,

The terms have always been there:

    17. We reserve the right to process any withdrawals from casino accounts via the method(s) used to fund the account wherever possible. In addition, we also reserve the right to deduct any processing costs from the value of the payment.

We waive this in the overwhelming majority of cases though.

    Kind Regards
    Tom

I wonder if you hadn't come on here whether you would have been grouped in the 'majority of cases' ie fees waived

Am I right in thinking this has still taken just under a week.

Its going to take 4-5 weeks to get my withdrawal as they cap withdrawals at 3k each week.

If he can pick and choose who gets fees waived and who doesnt its a good angle shot. If someone wins lets charge him fees Tom is just causing a bad situation to be worse. He really needs to learn the first thing about customer service.

If the complainant has indeed wagered $160K, then he should firmly be a majority case.

The fees would have been justified in the original instance, with three deposits, and then withdrawal, and after a miniscule amount wagered. HOWEVER - EXPLAIN this in clear language, don't beat around the bush, or be evasive, as live chat were, and also yourself in your replies to this thread.

It is making YOU look bad, with other players now thinking they could start getting charged fees for Neteller deposits and withdrawals purely on the basis that you feel like it.
Such subjective terms have no place in the new standards for the revamped accredited section.

I would suggest this be changed to something along the lines:-

"to benefit from fee free deposits and withdrawals, players must wager their deposits at least Yx before requesting a withdrawal.

I can FULLY understand your concern over a player's use of a PO Box upon registration. I am sure most casino terms even require the provision of a players real address before they can be granted an account, and in any case, a player would have to provide their real address at the ID verification stage, so why not at registration.
I am surprised that these other casinos the OP plays at are so happy with a PO Box address.

The issue of the verification phonecalls needs to be sorted out though, I have often been promised calls that have never come.

The OP could PM his number to Max, who could test it to independently verify whether it works or not, and if it works, whether it gets answered at a prearranged time, or generates a missed call.

Hello vmw, thanks for replying. I have actually wagered $280,000 in one week so most casinos would happily cover my fees. Tom is just telling everyone he can indeed charge them fees if he feels like without prior consultation. He is making me pay for 3x $39 deposit and 5x $30 withdrawal fees.

To be honest any casino that caps on withdrawals per week should not be accredited for the sole reason that they are esentially holding the players money hostage.

I dont mind having 2-300 stolen from me by Tom if it shows how sneaky his network is and hopefully prevent others from playing on their casino sites. I have actually pmed you my number, feel free to ring, i will just let it ring out.
