Fortunately for you, RNG's don't take into consideration the past or future, only the chance of something happening NOW. This is why when we test new games, we have to run them through millions of test spins.

I made about 10 deposits (you can check the number exactly) + freebies. Not a single withdrowal.. Dont think i ever completed WR.

Bad luck - i dont thing so... Some RTGs I just can't beat.

I had 22 deposits straight without a cashout or nice win at buzzluck. Very few/low bonus wins. But that's just my bad luck and the way it goes with RTG sometimes.

In my opinion this has nothing to do with the casino, it's how RTG slots work.
They are very very streaky, when you are on a bad run they will slaughter you. And most of the time they will.

Sometimes however they can be very nice to you as well, just check the winner screenshots to see what I mean.

WELL sTEVE, iD ALSO LIKE TO ADD NOT ONLY MY DISPLEASURE AS TO HOW LITTLE I HAVE RECIEVED FROM MY DEPOSITS....BUT

I recieved an email from customer service entitled CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE WON IN OUR TOURNAMENT..

When I finally emailed cs and asked what torny as I hadnt played any I was told that i had entered in won my just playing...and whoo hoo big congrats you have won a %50 bonus on your next deposit..

Im sorry if this sounds harsh but this would be the lamest promotion, and really added insult as I still have two 100% bonuses available.

If the only thing I can win at your casino still requires me to give you more money, Its not going to make me jump through hoops to re deposit and frankly from a casino that we were all hoping would do something different if im going to win something , lets make the prizes at least worth winning instead of insulting the intelligence of your players.

If I understand correctly, the 50% match bonus are prizes you get for placing 6-10 in the Slots Hero tourney. A week ago, I was pleasantly surprised when they added 10 Euros for placing 5th in this tourney though I didnt even know I had entered. You make a valid point though especially if you already have some 100% matches so what's the use of 50%. Maybe Steve or Alex could look into this and replace them with 150% matches up to $50?

In my opion buzzluck is the best casino around.

A 50% bonus may not be much to you considering you do have 2 100% bonuses but if someone who has no bonuses available a win like that could be something nice to them.

No return for this person or that person could just be plain old bad luck. I've deposited 10-15 times for about a total of 700 euros but have withdrawn maybe 4 times that. It all just depends on your luck on that day.

Believe me sometimes after i've lost a deposit pretty quick i wonder to myself am i that unlucky or am i being screwed somehow. But in the end it comes down to plain old luck nothing more nothing less.

are they usa friendly ? also i like casino who has phone number ready to call and answer not wait for thos damn emails who does customer service like that do you go to wall mart customer service and stand in line for 12 hours to ask a question ? makes no sense

No usa right now, they do have live reps when they are online(guess they need rest like we all do) email response is usually very fast and am not sure about the telephone i've never had to use it.

Not giving up on the casino just yet even though my cash back allowance and small gesture from steve gave me a little under a 50% return

I seem to get decent game time at another RTG regularly although nothing big but my $30 deposit worked its way up to $90 which did ineveitably go back, but at least I got features and game time. I have decided that for now it will be one or two visits a month but at present Buzz will stay below a couple of others in my preference list. Who knows though what the future will bring however.
