    Thank You Inetbet

I sent an email asking them to bump my comp points by 5 so I could play a little before depositing.

I was going to give away my car that had broken down 6 months ago to remove it from my yard ( it was a good one, lots of miles before it gave up) and a guy offered me $500 for it. I told him the timing belt broke but he was willing to buy it.

    $500 windfall!

I decide to gamble it! I was a little perturbed at Inet because i had gambled there most of the month and was at 45 comp points but was overlooked on my usual $5 managers bonus. ( wow, $5 with a max cashout of $50, such is the life of a low roller, lol)

I asked Enzo one time to bump my comp points when they were close and he gave me a $25 bonus. (yay, Enzo!)

Anyway, here is why I am thanking Inet. One less option to lose money.

And Alan is so snotty I wouldn't go back for a $1000 bonus. I have been there 5 years or more. I wish they would add up all 5 years or so of deposits!

These are in order of sent and received

I didn't get a managers bonus this month, how about bumping me 5 comp points so I can use them before I deposit.

    Too much to ask?

I think I am unable to deposit anymore. You wont give me a $5 managers bonus and you can't give me 5 comp points.

I have a $500 windfall I will play elsewhere with it.

    Dear Catrina
You have deposited $500 this year and received $300 in bonuses, you have also withdrawn $465.
So if you feel that is not good enough we wish you well with your new Casino to play your windfall....Good Luck.
    Best regards

I would like my account closed please.

    Thank You

    Catrina

$500 in 6 months, and $465 in withdrawals. ( I'll take their word for it)

sounds like I am even (NOT!)

I quit playing for 2 months so $500 over 4 months is not too shabby. Is it worthy of bumping 5 comp points?

    I guess not.

Anyway, Thank You Inet for a wonderful time.

I hope your extra money turns into big luck for you!

I won't bash on iNet, I will just say I stopped playing there a long time ago and haven't looked back.

Come to think of it, usually RTG are good with bonuses, I asked for a bonus from a MG a few weeks ago and he said he couldn't give me a bonus but boosted up my comps for me so I could play.

    Good luck Catrina!!!

While Inet can decline to give comp points at its discretion I cannot for the life of it understand why they piss players off with this kind of talk. This akins to sending players to rival casinos. Sheesh!

I knew that I had been snubbed by not getting a managers bonus, I just decided to ask for a teeny favor to see if it was worthy of playing anymore there.

The attitude of Alan is unreal for someone in his profession.

They must have a lot of high rollers for him to throw away a loyal low roller.

Just comp a regular gambler, dont insult them.

Or maybe insults are what attracts people!

I am giving it away now but not to the snot nose Alan.

I have to say im not that pleased with my recent playtime at Inetbet either but will say that it isnt their fault, i could have gone somewhere else and played but didnt as i enjoy certain casinos, inetbet among them.

As far as Alan goes he has always been as nice as can be to me along with James and Brian.

The managers bonus is just that, its something Emily does not have to give out but does anyway, its all entertainment imo and when its not fun anymore, then it is time to move on, maybe to another casino , if you feel you are not being treated the way you think you deserve.

Maybe its just me but i find nothing rude about this at all, he wished you well with the new casino, you said you would be playing your windfall at and hell he even wished you good luck, what more could you ask for.....except the 5 extra comp points........................laurie

    Thats the point

5 years or more of deposits

5 YEARS, AT LEAST 5 YEARS, maybe they can tell me when I started.

    5 comp points

ITS JUST TOO MUCH TO ASK, AND I HAVE NEVER ASKED BEFORE!

If you feel Alan is a courteous representative of this casino feel free to give them your funds

My account is closed forever and thats a long time.

Longer than I have been giving them my money, and thats a fact.

95% my big ol butt (although its not old or big, I am 5'1 and 102 lbs)

I didn't ask for much and have never asked before, I didnt need a recent history lesson on my account although I wish I had copied my deposits and withdrawals before I closed it.

Bottom line is they didn't care if I play or not.

    True?

    or not?

    Nice attitude.

A little comp never hurt any casino I have ever played at except for inetbet. Hell when the launched the new RTG games they had a $3 free cheap (sorry I meant chip, lol)

They act like a $5 comp will break their balls, and seriously, its all a matter of good faith, when has a $5 chip done anything but make the player feel welcome.

My email may have baited the response but its time inetbets rude responses get out. Ban me if you want but Inets 2006 awards will NEVER be repeated!

Look at the economy, look at the high paid assholes that gave away the 30 year working mans 401K. The casino's better pay attention to the deposit every week, week in and week out small players because one 10k chargeback from a whale might hurt.

$25 to $50 a week adds up. Lose one, so the hell what..

Lose a thousand and look for a job.

Well the small depositors are feeling the pinch, make a smart decision on where to make that deposit!

I understand where your coming from Catrina, i really do, it sucks when you are a faithful patron and feel you are being slighted but you have to remember , they are there to make a profit while entertaining us and we pay that price to be entertained with a chance that we may get lucky and win some cash.

My post was not meant to make you upset or anything, was just stating what i concluded from your post, thats all, no harm or foul intended, sometimes a break from any casino is worth it. I wish you luck at whatever casino you decide to play at..............laurie

Yes it was too much to ask. I wish I had asked Enzo, my comp points are close there too.

And yes, I did give 3Dice a deposit and will again, I also lost at Cherry red even though I haven't received my play logs after 3 months of asking.

I don't care. Be nice to your customers and they will return.

    Is that right?

Nothing personal here Catrina, but the way you have worded it could come across as being a little impolite. Im a stickler for manners, and I notice there isnt a 'please' or any kind of greeting in the email, and if I was making a judgement call on whether to go the extra mile for someone based on that I would probably refuse as well.

Given the history that Alan provided I think most casinos would decline to do anything for you.

I ask for something extra VERY occasionally and sometimes Ive been declined, but Ive found when a friendly approach is employed it is usually returned.

One thing I will say is that casinos should always use proper grammar when communicating with players, including capital letters and punctuation - it looks unprofessional without it and gives a 'I couldnt be bothered making the effort for you' impression.

How far would $5 get me at Inet? I was looking for the gesture. The " Yes, we do appreciate the play no matter the amount"

    My history?

You must be very wealthy indeed.

Most aren't able to throw away all their disposable income to please a casino.

As a matter of fact I am out of here.
