Playcheck Problems?

Anyone playing on MG casinos experience issues with Playcheck? I can't seem to access information about free spins. Also, sometimes I can;t access data for an entire day And I can't seem to understand how the complicated thing works..

Only things I noticed is that is sometimes takes long to load the playcheck data and when you get free spins, only the last spin is displayed.

No hun you can't get to view your free spins which is convenient as that is where 90% of complaints come from however i am assured(haha) that m/g can see them from their side. Hope this helps.
