Is this guy for real!!! People come to this forum to research and become informed we are far from stupid. All the effort the Virtual Group goes through to get customers you would think the best way is to make your customers happy!
I once was told that if you make one customer happy he might not tell anybody but if you make a customer unhappy he will tell ten or more people. I wonder if the Virtual Group managers ever went to business school or if they did then did they pay attention??????
