3Dice Connection Problem

Well, I've done a bit of a search and if this problem was discussed I can't find it so here goes.

I was playing at 3Dice in the tourneys and my chat box disconnected. Then the casino disconnected. I tried to log back in and I coulnd't.

I am however able to log into real mode. I played the little money I had in real mode and then tried to go back to tourney and I still can't log into the tourney server or the chat client.

I shut my modem down and restarted it. I restarted my computer and I uninstalled and reinstalled the casino.

Live help doesn't have a solution and there is a ticket open for support but if anyone has any ideas why I can log into anything in the planet except 3Dice's Tournament server and chat client I'm all ears.

I tried a couple of times earlier tonight as well, no luck. Like you, could log into real, but not tourney mode. I just tried again now after reading your post, still can't login. It's probably a Canadian thing, lol.

It's obviously something on their end and not ours, for it to be both of us and JUST tourney mode.

I expect they'll get it sorted at some point. I am off to sleep, I'll try in the a.m. and see what happens.

Whatever it was it seems to have fixed itself.

Sometimes they have to reset the server, they do it every week, usually on Saturdays. It's usually takes about 5 minutes, and sometimes they're server goes down completely but they work fast and can usually get it up within 30-60 minutes usually.
