Managers bonus at Inetbet?

Hi there!
I remember a long time ago, when I did not use to deposit alot, once a month I used to get a managers bonus from Inetbet, usually between $5-$10 dollars - but now, That I am playing more activly and depositing more I recive nothing.
What is this managers bonus? Have they removed it? Are u still getting it. From what I can remember it used to happen once a month =)

These are still being sent out for this month
They go out on an individual basis i.e they are not done in batch paymnets. So they take a while to get through.

One reason could be that you are always winning. If I understand correctly, no manager's bonus if you win. If this is true, I hope you never get one from them.
