I deposited and played by the time I realized there was a bonus added I had already spun 3 times...was quite miffed over the fact that a bonus was added without requesting it..

I got the cs to remove it through live chat , they were quite nice and I asked to be put on a permenant no bonus ban list...hopefully they will keep their part on this request because I sure would hate to have to keep checking my balance in case it slips by me..

Why in the world do casinos do this? It is one of the most irritating and sneaky thing they can do...geeszz..I will try again and if they do it again..I will not play there again. That is SOOO wrong in so many ways IMO!

I have had great customer service there and hit T-Rex pretty big one night. All the reps I have spoken to are very courteous. Their names are Katie, Michelle, Mia, Linda...and Faith is the VIP rep. Pays are tough everywhere right now, but I have no doubts about my safety or of whether I would be paid at Casino Titan.

My experience on the slots was terrible but there ya go.
