Need advice on a SUB please

If you are eligible for a 100% sub at a casino but they tell you it will take up to an hour to get it credited, do you go ahead and play with your cash deposit or wait on the bonus?

I am asking as I had joined up a while back at an MG and was sent an email today reminding me I had never deposited and that the sub was still available for me. They are highly thought of here so I certainly feel safe about them and I deposit. Chat tells me that it will take 10 minutes to one hour to credit the bonus and I have not encountered this before but not thinking too much about it I start rolling along. Money is burning fast and I am thinking that I am NOT working off any of my wagering requirements since the bonus is not in yet. After about 3 hours I go to chat and am told they are having technical issues and they can't credit my bonus but will email me after tech department gets involved. So do I stop playing at this point until problem is solved or does it not matter one iota towards the wagering requirements? And has anyone else had a MG casino not be able to credit the sub?

Edit: Should this be moved to Bonus Complaint section? Not really a complaint so you make the call.

Each casino has a different policy. Some, 32Red & Purple Lounge for example, INSIST that you do NOT start to play UNTIL the bonus is credited, or you wont get it (they believe to do otherwise leaves them open to "bonus abuse").
Wagering ONLY counts ONCE the BONUS is ADDED, so play before this will NOT count.

If you want wagering to count in full, do not play until the bonus is added.

    Cyn,

I doubt there will be any problems with the crediting of the bonus unless they sepcified in their terms and conditions that you can only start playing after the crediting of the bonus. As VWM said, this applies to 32RED. Most other MGs dont care a damn though they are slightly disadvantaged in crediting the bonus after play has commenced for obvious reasons.

As you have lost a portion of your deposit already I advise against playing at the moment becasue it will be extremely difficult to meet the WRs on a reduced bankroll. WRs are nearly always 30X Bonus or 15x (Deposit + Bonus) in your case and since your deposit amount has dwindled leave the remaining powder dry for meeting WRs.
