    Vegas Sky - Disapointing

Ive played at Vegas Sky for round 6 months now, Ive always found them to be pretty good, in the wide span of things, second to Slotocash, which any rival would struggle to be as good as.

Ive made approx 10 withdrawals, and they have generally been paid in good time, in fact one I think was in hours. Unlike many of the others that can push it out to days and days. Again not much can beat sloto's 15 min record.

Anyway in the weekend, I made some withdrawals, I asked them a question in regards to them today, and was told I had to send in verification documents before they would proceed.

I found this rather odd as
    1. they had processed 10 withdrawals in the past
    2. I make a habit of sending these details when I join a site, so am confidant
    they have them.

I find it all just a little bizarre. To say the least!

I assume you told them you had already had your account verified?
    ...and the reply was?

A number of UK casinos have a trigger amount for ID. For example, you can withdraw at Virgin until you go through the £3,000 barrier (I think), then that triggers a call for ID. Similar at Ladbrokes. Maybe it's a similar principle.

ID requests can lead to a negative experience for players so my guess is a lot of casinos would prefer to leave this as late as possible without a) breaking any licence regulations and b) opening themselves up to fraud. I would hazzard a guess the player's country comes into the equation somewhere too.

VegasSky was very prompt in processing a cashout request for me once my ID was sent and approved. BTW, since I did not have driver's licence or passport, they asked for a photo of me holding my ID.

Congrats on finding that cashout button!

    Simmo,

Do you mean net winnings or just a sum of the withdrawals?

That makes sense and I read something into the OP's post that wasn't there - that they had already provided ID and been verified.

    ah

Thanks Simmo, that may be it then, yes Rusty when I joined I sent it without being asked for it, so possibly they just took no notice of it at the time, as it wasnt requested, I resent that email to them, and also the new info they requested (more up to date obviously ie utility) no word from them at this stage. Thanks all for you input.

    I hadnt heard anymore

so decided to try and try and try to find out what was going on, seems it was because of the amount, so Simmo was on target there, they said they had never received the first verification, I forwarded it on to them to prove I had sent it when I claimed to, and of course sent the new Info.

After emailing a few times to try and find the status they told me the Utility was more than a month old, which had me slightly baffled as it was dated May 21st, emailed a few more times no answer so went to support, and tryed to explain that I thought they had started to look at the copy of the November email rather than the New info sent.

Got that sorted then they said there was no Utility attached, I tryed to point out where it was, as it was on the same attachment as there form. But for some reason they just could not see it. Finally sent it again seperately, so now, 24 hours to be reviewed and 2 -5 days for payment. I just about need a nana nap after all this.

I shudder to think if I was a patient person I could still be sitting here in a month, not knowing that they could not see that Utility, hence its always a good idea to ask.

Will let you know how the rest goes, in the past they were always prompt to pay, and I did think second to slotocash, if they do take 2-5 days after this It will just be another Rival off my list. The list is dwindling, Ive had another couple take 5 days, and Ive never been back to them. Shame really Id hate to miss to many of those nice bonus'es with the 4 x max bonus cashout

Oh what a wonderful Rival world it would be if they could all be like the wonderful Sloto...
