I'm quite sure there is no connection. MVP Group went under with BOS since they joined BOS for their IPO.

Also, the original MVP one was called "Bogartscasino.com"... this one is called "BogartCasino.com"

I think practically anyone would be thinking there is a connection between the 2 given the huge similarity in their names.
