Pantasia Casino Kudos

With a lot of negativity lately regarding some of the Rival Casinos I just wanted to share with you guys my great experience I had with Pantasia Casino yesterday. I've been playing there now for approx. 7 months and finally yesterday managed to make my first cashout. I could have made several in the past for fairly good amounts but I just couldn't bring myself to hit the damn cashout button.

Well, I finally did manage to hit that elusive button yesterday morning around 2:30AM for a $700 payout. Since this was my first cashout there at Pantasia I needed to get all of my documentation sent in to them so I did that around 1:00 PM. This was my drivers license, utility bill and the front and back of my credit card that I had used there. At 3:40PM I get an email back from them requesting that I fill out and initial off on their faxback form. So I do this and scan it and email it back to them around 4:05PM. Remember this is Friday evening also.

At that point and time I didn't think that I would hear back from them until sometime the first of the week or so, telling me that my docs had been approved. To my surprise I received another email back from them at 5:51PM saying that all of the requested documentation had been accepted and that my pending cashout would be processed shortly. So I'm thinking cool, I could possibly get this payout around Tuesday, the elusive 48 hour period. I was looking toward the short side thinking positive here .

I figured since it was now almost 6:00PM on a Friday evening there was no way in hell they would be processing that cashout that late in the day. At 7:00PM I decided to check my QT account to see how much I had left in there for some Friday night gambling. Logged-in and BAM.. My payout from Pantasia Casino had been deposited in there at 6:30PM on a Friday evening...I'm thinking holy $hit, that is freaking awesome. All of this completed in a total of around 16 hours for a first time cashout. Totally awesome.

So a BIG KUDOS To Pantasia Casino here..

That maybe shows, that they finnaly made things as last year, when they processed payouts within 24 hours

I play Pantasia and IMO its a very good casino. Only once I had a crediting problem, but they resolved it very fast. Cashed out twice so far and that went very smoothly.

I've always liked Pantasia a lot. Great news about the speed of processing cashouts. That's one of the most important factors I think about when choosing where to play.

Don't want to cr#p on your parade...But really all casinos should be able to payout within this time frame or less.

For those that remember Global Player they'd regually pay me in under 30 min.
Granted it was not a first cash out...Still even with my first cash out I recall I was paid in under 6 hours even with doc submissions.

As a player I think we've all been suckered into accepting 24-48 hours payments.

All Casinos should also process on the weekends too. 32Red does it...

It's 2009 not 1999 IMHO 16 hours or less should be the norm, not the exception!

This just gets better... I had another cashout at Pantasia Casino from this past Saturday and this one was for $600 and it was paid into my QT account earlier today..

It really doesn't get too much better than that with the exception of 3Dice in my current play history.
