My best roulette advice is to change what you are betting often. This does not increase your odds of winning, but does slow down your play.

In the long haul, the house will get its edge. The longer you spend strategizing, the slower your losses will be. And probably the more entertaining the session will be for you, not just flat betting and hitting that spin button.

The advice to play the European Wheel over American is sound though.

European Roulette has a much smaller house edge.

Many softwares also have a roulette version with the "La Partage" or "En Prison" rule resulting in a half the house edge of European on 1:1 bets. And the lowest house edge of all is Betfair Zero roulette with no zero.

However, I doubt this is what the original poster was looking for. For traditional roulette systems to work involving varied betting and such, the wheel has to be non-random (have a memory, be biased towards a particular outcome, ...). Obviously, this should not occur in a fair online game.

So, basically, play no zero (i.e. betfair, betvoyager), or European if no no zero, and change up the bets often to slow down. try staggering the bets if your bank can handle it.

I actually play at SportsInteraction. I have used this sportsbook for a LONG LONG LONG time, before they added the casino. I don't know about the good or bad with it, but they have been good to me and pay super fast. Never had a problem and hope I never will. I also belong to BoDog as well, which is very respectable I believe. I'm always hesitant to sign up with those sketchy Golden Palace type casino's. If there are any that are respectable and not crooks, I'll sign up, but they are such sneaky dogs with their bonus crap. I'd rather NO bonus at all, so I can withdraw my money when "I" want it.

Hiya: imhop, and after years of expierience I can say this.
Fact: The 37 numbers will NEVER hit once in every 37 spins, or 3 times each in 111 spins. 37 #'s X 3= 111.
Fact: This creates the Unequal distribution of numbers. some will hit 6 times or more in 111 spins, while others will not have hit at all.
Fact: This can be taken advantage of.......................

Most people lose in this game because they chase bets to Infinity & Beyond, or, in their bet selection method, they happen to be betting on the numbers that not only have not hit, but will not hit, until after their bankroll is gone, or they are at the table betting limits. If you stay away from these 2 things beating you, and take advantage of the facts listed above, it is much harder to lose, you lose less money less often, and when you do lose, you are in a small hole, and not a friggen crater.

What good is it to win 99 of 100 betting sequences, when the one loss wipes out your 99 wins? What if this happens right off the bat? What if it happens 2 times in a row?

"What is suppose to happen the most WILL happen the most.
"What is suppose to happen the least WILL happen the least.

It is simple. Bet on what happens the most, and do not let what happens the least wipe you out. Good luck.
"All I want, is to WIN my fair share, and maybe just a teeny bit more"

    sportsinteraction?

I have never played at sportsinteraction. I'll have 2 check them out. I usually only play at bodog, 2day i deposited $300 at English Harbour (hi amount 4 me) and cashed out at right under 1000 in about an hour of play. I just got lucky and hit 0 twice w/ $10 on it. This really goes against my outside betting syle but i was playing on the flash casino version and 0 is just bound 2 come up every now and then.

    Hedging

The only time i hedge is when i put $1 on red and black to let some #'s go by. Hedging is dangerous unless the odds tell u different. Do u hedge?

No, same thing here. Just red/back to watch the wheel.

I'm just trying to figure out a few alternative strategies, because right now my only system is watching for a dozen that didn't hit 5x and start progressive betting, which works. Gotta be more out there though!
