The Costs Of Withdrawing Via Different Methods

    Hi Everyone,
Just a couple of days ago I recieved confirmation from my bank as to the final amount that had finally been credited to my account by Lucky Red Casino, when I checked the amount it didnt seem correct, i contacted tham and they confirmed that there charge for withdrawing via wire is 35 euro (approx $47.00 usd) by the time other processes handled it according to Lucky red this is where the extra charges have come from the cost of withdrawing via wire transfer was $62.70 (usd)all up.

The only charge from my own bank came out later and that was a mere $10 aus..

What have been the costs of your recent withdrawls via which methods and which casinos, this could be a very interesting excercise to compare..

Once i made a withdrawal accepting a check. It took several weeks and about 40 dollars were deducted from the original amount of about 200 USD. From that point on I only play in casinos (including bingo and poker sites) that accept and pay out via e-wallets. Personally I use Moneybookers: Fees = 0 and crediting is instant once the pending time has expired. I think the same goes for Neteller.

    Cheers Balky

I use a debit card - cost nothing for withdrawls or deposits. I was charged once about $8 I think so now I don't use that casino anymore.

It depends if you are depositing in a different currency.

I have Neteller and Moneybookers in GBP but deposit into some casinos (RTG usually) in USD so am charged the 2.5% exchange fee by Neteller, 1.99% by Moneybookers on both deposits and withdrawals. I also have the same problem when I use casinos in Euros.

For casinos in my own currency I use webwallets and debit card and am never charged.

I also generally use an ewallet, so no fees are charged back and forth to the casino.

Loads and withdrawals to the ewallet are kind of expensive, so I do those as seldom as possible. Sometimes I'll even load to a casino via another free method, then W/D to the ewallet, just to avoid fees. But that often smacks into casinos' anti money laundering restrictions. Depends on the shop.

Hiya: Some Casino's will send you the money semi dirrectly. That being, a check or money order, and there is no cost, or like at bodog, the first one per month is free, then $40 each for any other withdraws in the same month.

Far an Away, the worse is E Wallet Xpress. Some Casino's require any money deposited into it thru E Wallet, can only be withdraw back to E wallet. The thing is, E Wallet Xpress charges 10% to deposit the money back into your bank acct. Win $2000, and it cost you a whopping $200 to get the money back into your bank.

Usemywallet charges a flat fee of $30 for any amount but on my banks side for receiving these funds, there are fees also and the last one was around $14.00 on the banks side plus a few different incidentals in the 40 cent to 1.30 cent fees for whatever..
