First of all I got lucky...VERY lucky. My track record with Inetnet and Club World with winning hasn't been very good in the last year. I decided to try Club World's newest addition by depositing $100 and taking up the 400% first deposit bonus. I did my normal $2 and $1.25 bets, ran it up to about $600 and dropped all the way down to $50. Decided to try Aztec's Millions ($5 a spin) and on about the 2nd spin hit $1200. A couple more and another $200. Tried T-Rex (my new favorite) and hit $800. Now, I have about $2700 left for the WR and started playing $5 a spin and hit a few decent rounds. At the end of the WR I played Crystal Waters, got into the bonus round and hit $2K. I cashed out $4000 (they took their $400 bonus) and netted $3500. I tried sending in my docs and for some reason they couldn't read ANYTHING. Numerous emails, me getting frustrated, finally PM'd Tom (Club World and Lucky Red Rep) and he got it taken care of within an hour! Now, I NEVER expect to win, I just feel very fortunate when I do. I told Tom I would relay my experience (he ranks up there with Yasmeen and Louise) so thanks again!:thumbsup:

Great luck and all, but that is utter BS. It sounded like a common stalling tactic, and even more so since Tom was able to get it taken care of.

If it was a legitimate problem, and the people in charge of approving documents can't fix a simple task such as this, then they shouldn't be working there.

People shouldn't have to run to the manager every time they have a problem. That's what the first line of support is for, and it's apparent that there's a lot of casinos that are useless in this regard.

Boy howdy Winbig! Took up same bonus as OP, met WR (or so I thought) cashed out $1600, got same BS as OP about support can't read docs, sent them again. Couple days later the WD is denied -- no reason given :eek2: A week later I still don't know why it was denied ................. guess it's a secret .................... I won't be back to Lucky Red.

Maybe contacting Tom should be a part of the doc verification process.

Same deal here...STILL waiting for payment..so close to Rougish

Hi All, ditto here have had nothing but grief with lucky red(see thread lucky red players beware) I also had to contact a rep(Martyn is the actual lucky redc rep) and amazingly after he got involdved my paperwork mysteriously was all of a sudden okay.
I am still awaiting payment however it is via wire transfer , to those that are having grief call on Martyn or Tom its the only way your going to get anywhere here.
Quite amazingly this is an accredited casino group advertising on this site yet very few p,layers Ive heard of havnt had some form of grief trying to cash out....LIFT YOUR GAME LUCKY RED AND CLUB WORLD..

Best of luck to those who are still trying to get paid...puppy

I'm still amazed that people outside of the US play at casinos that take US play... payment processing from US facing casinos are always problematic, no matter how big or small they are (acually, the larger the more problematic). what prompted you to go there PD07?

That's not totally true Alex, 3Dice is US facing and their payments are almost instant and INetBet's payments are a matter of only a few hours. Royal Vegas pays into my QT account usually within 6 hours, although they are not as US facing any longer as the first two I mentioned.

never been a problem

Hi Alexis, I am AUSTRALIAN BASED and with that must play outside of australia if i wish to play online(australians are not permitted to play at australian based online casinos).
I have been playing online and using wire transfer for a good few years have had many transfers >>>NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE>> depending on where the casino is based normally in my account in about 4 working days>>

I will not even consider playing at any casino that does not offer this option, you see with many of the web wallets there is a delay getting it to them and they then have to wire it anyway ...so i may as well cut out the middle man and have the casino wire me direct...much much better option! Also much cheaper option as many of the wallets also have very large fees, I have an entropay virtual visa..recently had a casino transfer winnings back to them even though id asked for a wire...then cost me a fee of nearly $20.00 us to have it to my bank account.
If I have it wired direct theres no delay with the middle man and no one else getting a kick back ...puppy
