Buzzluck - a breath of fresh air

Hi Gang

I just wanted to tell everyone about my experience at Buzzluck since signing up when they opened last month.

My first deposit resulted in a small cashout, which I requested be sent via Moneybookers due to the restricted options available. I waited a few days but no dice, and after contacting them via email asking what was going on I received a reply from the Operations Manager - BY PHONE. Oh yes, they considered me important enough to actually speak to me in person and explain to me EXACTLY what the issue was with Moneybookers in DETAIL and to assure me what they were not trying to avoid paying me. I wont go into what the issue was as thats not my perogative, however it was very reasonable and I was willing to wait a day or two more.

The casino also threw me a free chip (even after just cashing out) and did keep in constant contact with me until I was paid (in around 48 hours).

Now, I would venture to say that at most other casinos I would have been sent cut-and-paste replies about technical difficulties blah blah blah and just left to stew - but not Buzzluck.

My personal host AND the OpMan contacted me AGAIN to let me know I was paid and thanked me for my patience. Top class.

It doesnt stop there....

Steve and Brian also created for me my own personal bonus code which I could use for the next 6 weeks on every deposit for a BIG % with a very small WR - no limits. Amazing....all this just for being understanding.

I had a few issues with the coupon where it wouldnt redeem, and what did they do?? Well they added the bonus with NO WR on deposit OR bonus.

I could go on for quite a while about how much Buzzluck has impressed me but Im sure you get the picture.

Its also a lesson for other operators who dont give a toss about players - only their money. Here's the good oil for those casinos - 'YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW'. Treat customers with respect and courtesy and it will be returned in kind.

The money I spent at Rival is now going to Buzzluck, because they make me feel important and are prepared to do whatever is necessary to keep me happy.

also if theres a deposit declined by any reason youre contacted immediatly by your host to offer support.

i also got nice treatment on my birthday from them.

i will depsoit there again and hope to able to experience withdrawal from them myself. in the future.

alltogether this casino is really unique in my eyes and they really take their business serious. i was always asking for neteller and they dont forget you, allthough i just made one depsoit of 20.

i was contacted immediatly by my host anetelelr is there finally for me and he also gave me the free chip. i like the fact these guys act 100% in their customers behalf. also their vote interface on their blog where you can suggest things to them is taken real serious.

This casino has changed my view of rtg casinos. Not only do they have top notch customer service reps (mel she is a delight) that know what they are doing. They also have reps that if they cant respond right away to your question will phone the manager and get a answer for you while you wait.
They offer different bonuses for those of you that wish to take one out. Their terms at least i found are very easily understood. Their live shows that run thurs to sunday (hebboo day) 3 pm to 6pm cdn time are entertaining. They have open chat, videos and contest that the player can win money added to their account to play with. Ian and graham yvonne do a great job with their on air shows. The only warning i would say about the live show is that if you have small children running around you might think twice before hitting live air button.
Outside of that they keep their audience entertained and seem to get us fully participating with them. You can send videos for them to show others clips from movies and at the end a chance to win if your name is highlighted from the others that joined in chat that day. The 50th show is approaching and if you get a chance i think it lands on may 15th one of the hosts ian has lost a bet and will be hosting (its a toss up what the group will make him wear and do) , unless ian or graham wants to jump in and tell all i will keep this quiet. Anyways warm thanks to this group as life has been rough for me the past month and i have found a place to hide for a few hours a day 4 days a week where i can be just me.

Certainly all my experiences with their CS was very positive.

I would go as far to say as the best customer service I have received at any Casino but unfortunatley they have arrived on the scene just at the time I can no longer enjoy RTG slots.
(Let me know if you change your software )

I wish them every success though, their efforts deserve it.

I completely agree with LAURAM!
they have a different behaviour towards clients, they are polite, they REALLY help you, and the are sooo fast!
it took only two days to receive the winning on the credit card (also this is new for me, normally only MONEYGRAM!!)
Christina is an excellent host and I paid here a lot of compliments for this!

maybe RTG casinos will reach a new dimension!!!

My only problem with this is they disallow VP on all their bonuses. Yeah, they have a VP with 99.97 return (Pick'em) but why not just disallow Pick'em for wagering?

No they dont allow VP for their bonuses, but you will find that just about every other casino (especially RTGs) has the same exclusion.

This is not true. Club World and Rushmore group have VP bonuses, not to mention the rogues.

I meant signup bonuses and Im sorry i didnt point that out as I thought that is what you were referring to.

Clubworld have a VP signup bonus - and if you're happy to take the 50xDB wagering and the $2000 max cashout then knock yourself out

The Rushmore SUB doesnt allow VP.

We are currently working on a SUB for both Blackjack and Video Poker, and I expect it to be up on the site today or tomorrow (will let you know here when it is). UPDATE: It's live, so check it out. We also threw up a weekly BJ/VP reload for every Wednesday.

As for the ts and cs, different casinos do things differently. Most of the bonuses offered by the competitors mentioned above are Phantom bonuses, which most people know means that you lose the bonus when you go to cash out.

For us and many of the players we've spoken to, Phantom (and even Sticky) bonuses are a pretty cheap way of getting players onto your site, which is why we don't offer them generally to new players. As such, the terms and conditions fairly reflect the business factors we face when allowing you to 1) withdraw your winnings AND bonus, and 2) withdraw as much as you win without some lame cap.

However, if phantom bonuses are your thing, we're more than happy to create some personalized promos just for you. All you need to do is ask your personal casino host and they'll find a way to get it done. That's what they are there for...

Unfortunately we ran into a road block with ewalletexpress and instadebit, as they both don't support any currencies other than USD and CAD, which means they can take your money but cannot transfer money into a Buzzluck account.

Hi Lauram, i used Vanilla MasterCard that is sold at Shoppers to deposit. It worked great except that it was double charged (but the second charge is removed after 7 days or so). So it's better you use the whole amount at once. Just need to figure out how to get money back in case you use it since MB is not available now...
It's more expensive but if I feel lucky and can't deposit via anything else, i go and buy this card. I am yet to get lucky at buzzluck though

I use these cards with ClickAndBuy too.

I popped in yesterday for the live show yesterday, and it was a hoot! The show is really good, lots of hilarious clips, and I got the pleasure of seeing laura as well, and a few other nice folks. I was lucky enough to win a prize by answering a trivia question...free chip, 25euros.

I had the opportunity to contact chat, and my chat operator, Brian, could not have been more pleasant. When he didn't know an answer, he went and found out for me. Hey Rusty, you know that's not half bad of an idea Once again we must salute you, should we start getting used to this? I think maybe not at the end of the show, but maybe once all the right answers come in, we pull the winner of the first contest out of the hat, right when the next contest begins I'm not the final word on Live Lounge stuff, that white-haired crazy Irishmen Ian is, I'll have him take a peek at this thread tomorrow before he puts his makeup on for the show. well in an earlier post about buzzcasino, I took their offer and got a 100 that was cashasble, a rare sight these days. Kudos too Buzzcasino for letting a whale into their lair.

I have played a lot and lady luck shined this week 100 is now at 8000(personal record).

I have requested 5000(max cashout), and all I need is to get them my documents, and the cash flow should be om my way :notworthy

That will require a rather large hook ChuChu but to be fair to RTG their software is better than Rivals and MG are tripping up over themselves to destroy their Once proud reputation, while playtech are rocking in a corner scratching at their skin.
So for me a change of software is out of the frying pan into the fire as we say over here.
I think a lot of players feel the same way these Days and the door is open for a new brand, if they can only get away from copying old bad habits and thinking outside the box that is.
