This surfaced today in SA media reports; it's the notorious African Palace apparently reneging on the instalments which it agreed to pay a player who hit a $1 million jackpot playing Playtech's Beach Life progressive:

Playtech's attitude stinks. They know perfectly well that they have rogue operators, and they do nothing to rein them in.

Not only that but they need to pay these jackpots directly to the player. The casino shouldn't be involved. Playtech should write a check for any progressive win over $10k. The money hasn't come from African Palace it's come from all the Playtech casinos and they shouldn't touch it.
