It seems the OPs complaint is less of the requirement of a web wallet and more of one concerning the fact that the casino seems to be advertising a means of withdrawal which is unavailable to them.

A web wallet may not be a particularly hard thing to get, but that isn't the point. If a casino states you can perform a wire transfer, then you would expect to be able to use this service. Otherwise there is always the risk that you could deposit money into a casino and then have no means to withdraw it.

But why do they put bank wire on their page if it cant be used? Just when they opened they didnt have neteller there and I asked in livechat about wire and they said that it would not be a problem. However a few hours later they changed the homepage and offered Neteller as a withdraw option..
never needed it though, my money was gone in 60 secounds heheheh!

neteller was HARD, i had to send in copys of all sort of things and to get my account extended to be able to withdraw they also had to call me from the states and with the timedifference it became a big hassel. However I do have it now and I am glad for that!
All in all the process took about 2 weeks or so... But I guess the OP can do it for the future atleast!

That is true, and along with their shoddy live chat service, they are far from appealing. But that is not the point. The casino should not be advertising something which it has no means to honour. And given the time and effort it would take to sign up with Neteller or similar, many would simply not bother withdrawing and would just play their balance down to nothing.

    offtopic but my thoughts EXACTLY,

thats the problem with nedplay i had, they cleary advertise on the main page visa, and from what i read and saw i gathered i could withdraw winnings back onto the card i deposited with...but guess what? i go to withdraw and theres 4 options, 1 is neteller, bank transfer (with £15 fees), money bookers and 1 is another e-wallet, no option for card withdraws

a lot of casinos need to sort out their terms because things like this are complete bullcrap, as you say, someone could play at a casino who doesnt have an e-wallet, they could be lead to believe they could cashout via their card, but then when it comes to cashing out they are unable to
