While back when they first opened they had offered me a free chip. I played it off and waited to see the response from other cm members about this casino before i deposited. Today i made my first deposit to play the new games.
During this time I get a pop up message call this number right away. And i do it was to verify who i was. That is all fine and dandy, now i get email messages saying i still have to send in my docs even though during phone conversation they stated no need to worry about this as club already has all my info.
I do not mind resending but the point is why issue a statement from the casino then verify this by phone only to ask me to send it off anyways.
So far slots seem tight hit a few nice hits will see how it goes.
