Casino Titan- Anyone heard of them?

I got a spam for $50 no deposit. I went for it. As soon as I registered and logged in the chat window popped up and I was chatting with a nice lady, whos name I don't recall. She asked me a lot of random questions, everything from what games I like to play, to how my previous experiences have been elsewhere. She asked what my intial deposit would be so she could set up my bonus, then asked me how much I would be depositing, once I decided to make a deposit. I've never been contacted with such a line of questioning.

This is a supposedly new RTG. I asked who owns them and who they are affiliated with. She said they are not affiliated with anyone, nor part of a group, just a new stand alone casino. It smells weird and how did they get my email address?

My first deposit, which I have yet to make, will be 200% with a 50x playthru. Not that good, huh?

Does anyone have experience there?

all I can say is, that Sonsoral is the owner of "Superior Casino"(Rival). It's obviously no stand alone business.

Now I know alot of RTGS suck on withdraw limits but this is the worst I have seen. So bad its funny. Yeah sure gonna deposit lol and wait a 100 weeks for my payout. Nuff said I think :cool:

hi, i checked the website looks nice. first i can see its a REAL TIME GAMING casino not rival as someone mentioned here. i also checked the terms and condition and i can see it x25 times the deposit and bonus on the promotion page. looks pretty nice website and the team is polite and patience.

i will make a deposit tomorrow when the funds will hit my moneybookers from 32red casino and let you guys know what turned out.

I don't think Master1 said Casino Titan (which sounds like a bit of a rip-off on a top Playtech brand) was powered by Rival - he just said it was operated by Sonsoral - the "owner of 'Superior Casino'(Rival)."

However, last I heard Superior powered by Rival was owned by the UK Silverstone Overseas group through Bonne Chance in Curacao?
 
Hi takethemoney, I origanlly found Casino Titan just looking around for a new casino to play at. Casino Titan RTG came up on googles, clicked on the link. I was then looking around their page, when Live Chat opened (not sure if it was Mia) But She told me if I make a deposit I will get 150% bonus. So I made a $25.00 depoist got 150% bonus. Played for about a day and a half had my bank up to over $400 did'nt cashout because I'm a gambler. But I really like this casino. from my personal experience I give them thumbs up, and support real nice and friendly.:thumbsup:

well, I'm gonna give em a roll this upcoming week. I played all the Cherry Red, Rushmore and Slots Oasis new player promos and could never get near the playthru and still have a balance left. Rather than deposit there at them again, it's time for something new. Everything just seems so tight these days. I understand the casinos are in business to make money and have an inherent edge over the player, but it's getting rediculous lately. Oh, well, nobody is holding a gun to my head to play. ;)

BTW, I've sent support an email and asked them if they would have a rep or manager become a member of these forums. I feel like their customer service is good so far.

I played there last night. I did not manage to cashout but i had hours of fun and my own payout was at 96%. Very refreshing compare to another new accredited casino i recently played .

I did not take free chips but they gave me 150% with 25x play-thru. They said that bonus money is cashahble. I had a little problems while depositing via moneybookers but they took care of it right away.

The support ladies seems to be very nice and knowledgeable.

The only thing i did not like is that i could not see my playthru at cashier after they applied a bonus coupon and had to contact them.But I was looking at my comp points to have an idea.

They don't have all VP that other RTGs have. For example Double Double Bonus is not there or i just could not find it.

3. This coupon bonus is a play bonus and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn.

There is no connection between Casino Titan ( Sonsorol NV) and any other casino or group whatsoever. It might be that in the past the old owners of the company were operating different online casinos but Sonsorol was bought at the beginning of the year and the only online casino owned and operated by Sonsorol is Casino Titan which is powered by Real Time Gaming. Hope that clears the issue.

What about the playthrough counter, and the automatic crediting of bonuses. This does not sound like regular RTG to me:confused:

Regular RTG always requires players to redeem a coupon, and then deposit. There is then a playthrough counter showing the ACTUAL WR the software has attached to the bonus.

There have been a number of cases where the WR shown on the counter has alerted players to ERRORS with how the software tracks wagering, or even where it has applied the WRONG amount of WR to the bonus.

If you have players replacing this by constantly badgering your CS then:-

1) It will make players look "high maintenance", and generally "piss off" CS staff.

2) It will mean CS are busier than necessary, and players with issues that CANNOT be resolved simply by consulting a counter, or the website getting

"all our agents are busy helping other players"

This wait can quickly become annoying, and will put players off from making further deposits.

Generally, when casinos find their CS bogged down with numerous, but trivial, enquiries, overall response times can increase, phones ring unanswered in good time, and emails take too long to get dealt with.

Look at another new RTG, Lucky Red. Bedevilled by problems, but this has lead to complaints of "noone on CS duty" because they have too few staff to deal with all the problems.

Casino software should be designed to MAXIMISE what players can access to answer trivial queries without having to bother CS.

When new, you may think there are more than enough CS to deal with players, but wait till the player base expands, and you are suddenly hit with a problem, yet all those players are STILL expecting to have CS at their beck and call to tell them answers to trivia such as "how many $ left to wager" or "what WR is attached to the bonus I have just had credited".

Lucky Red was a case in point, the error was that the counter was counting only HALF the playthrough amount is should have been, but it allowed the problem to be caught early, still a mess ensued. What if players found out about such an error here, and began to think that bonus they could never seem to clear after a big win was because of this error, and that they had been "screwed over" because they had no way of checking at the time. The result would be an inundation of requests for audits, and demands that players be paid some kind of compensation where they had been forced to play back winnings due to a faulty internal counter.

If I install a new RTG casino, and see no counter after I deposit and am given a bonus, that deposit would be my last. I have found having counters in the software has made things far simpler, and also far HARDER for those rogue operators who would try to deceive.
I don't like the proxy comp points idea, as I once used this, and GOT SCREWED because the comps were ALSO not counting as per terms. Since this turned out to be a rogue operator, it became clear this was a deliberate trick.

Thanks. Maybe your Sonsoral people should take a look at the Google entries with a view to correcting the misleading - not to mention confusing - impression that is left by them at present.
