Hello, Rep
I like US Friendly CasinosI like casino, nice welcome bonus, no cashout yet but I'm hopeful.
Welcome to CM, Paul.
Can you clarify what the relationship is between Sonsoral NV and Silverstone Overseas Limited, Kent, Folkestone UK please?
The two are repeatedly linked on Google searches.
It seems to be an intriguing association between RTG and Rival powered operations? ie Casino Titan (RTG) and numerous Rival-powered online casinos.

Hey Jetset,
There is no connection between Casino Titan ( Sonsorol NV) and any other casino or group whatsoever. It might be that in the past the old owners of the company were operating different online casinos but Sonsorol was bought at the beginning of the year and the only online casino owned and operated by Sonsorol is Casino Titan which is powered by Real Time Gaming. Hope that clears the issue.
Paul.

What about the playthrough counter, and the automatic crediting of bonuses. This does not sound like regular RTG to me
Regular RTG always requires players to redeem a coupon, and then deposit. There is then a playthrough counter showing the ACTUAL WR the software has attached to the bonus.
There have been a number of cases where the WR shown on the counter has alerted players to ERRORS with how the software tracks wagering, or even where it has applied the WRONG amount of WR to the bonus.
If you have players replacing this by constantly badgering your CS then:-
1) It will make players look "high maintenance", and generally "piss off" CS staff.
2) It will mean CS are busier than necessary, and players with issues that CANNOT be resolved simply by consulting a counter, or the website getting
"all our agents are busy helping other players"
This wait can quickly become annoying, and will put players off from making further deposits.
Generally, when casinos find their CS bogged down with numerous, but trivial, enquiries, overall response times can increase, phones ring unanswered in good time, and emails take too long to get dealt with.
Look at another new RTG, Lucky Red. Bedevilled by problems, but this has lead to complaints of "noone on CS duty" because they have too few staff to deal with all the problems.
Casino software should be designed to MAXIMISE what players can access to answer trivial queries without having to bother CS.
When new, you may think there are more than enough CS to deal with players, but wait till the player base expands, and you are suddenly hit with a problem, yet all those players are STILL expecting to have CS at their beck and call to tell them answers to trivia such as "how many $ left to wager" or "what WR is attached to the bonus I have just had credited".
Lucky Red was a case in point, the error was that the counter was counting only HALF the playthrough amount is should have been, but it allowed the problem to be caught early, still a mess ensued. What if players found out about such an error here, and began to think that bonus they could never seem to clear after a big win was because of this error, and that they had been "screwed over" because they had no way of checking at the time. The result would be an inundation of requests for audits, and demands that players be paid some kind of compensation where they had been forced to play back winnings due to a faulty internal counter.
If I install a new RTG casino, and see no counter after I deposit and am given a bonus, that deposit would be my last. I have found having counters in the software has made things far simpler, and also far HARDER for those rogue operators who would try to deceive.
I don't like the proxy comp points idea, as I once used this, and GOT SCREWED because the comps were ALSO not counting as per terms. Since this turned out to be a rogue operator, it became clear this was a deliberate trick.

Wow, I had not fully understood the meaning of auto bonusing. I do use bonuses on slots, but not all of the time. I like to mix it up. Last nite I played at CT and noticed a 50% bonus which was odd, since I did not put in a code, I let it go even though I did not know allowable games or WR., plus only 20.00. OK, dep. NO.2, right after I got a decent bonus win, up pops a screen that says you have been awarded a 50% bonus. Now I'm mad. There is no option to not accept, just an ok button. Lost both not too long after.
Today I chatted and ask tthat they totally remove me from any sort of bonus list, and not to pop up the bonuses in the middle of a play session. They said they would without a hassle, I have to physically opt in through live chat now.
Now I knew about the Allslots bonus, I actually want that since its only once a month. However a bonus added after you begin is crazy to me.
Played at Casino Titan last night and as usual lasted only about 20 mins with only a few bonus rounds that netted nothing Cry Do they seem to be a little tight there to you?
(a post reply to my post above from another member on another forum) "Slotjunkie...I do like to play at Titan but I agree with you, lately, they have been TIGHTER than TIGHT!! I'm going to quit putting money there for awhile."
(my reply back to other members reply to me)
I am gonna stop depositing there too, I also read somewhere on another forum of players having the same complaint! Very tight!
And if you notice on any of the affiliates sites that rate casinos either by a 1-5 star system or a 1.0-10.0 system, Casino Titan is not rated as one of the tops. There is no info on if they are considered 3star, 5star... and there is no info on their payout percentage. I know they pay fast if you do win but what is the percentage of payouts? I know they are fairly new but even the casinos that are alot newer than them are getting rated and either making it to the top 10 or not!
Even here on this forum I haven't heard anyone ranting and raving about winning anything big there...haven't seen any amazing screen shots from there either. All I can see so far that makes them good is their customer service and fast payouts(if you can win)
I asked them what there payout percentage was and got the "you need to email accounting and they should be able to tell you something" but they never got back to me.
Sorry Titan, but you reeled me in with the win on the initial $10 free chip and that was it, haven't been able to hit as much as a good free spin since then... 2 months ago!!
I was hooked pretty good, but I got loose and now I am free to be hooked on some other casinos reel or maybe you can hook me again with the right bait :-)
I hope this helps all who are concerned![]()

Yup I agree Casino Titan has been extra tight lately. You might get one decent win on your first few slots but it goes downhill right after that. Not a hope of making the play through. Per my VIP agent, their percentage payout has not change but I say the proof is in the playing or lack thereof.
