Please help! Jackpot City have cancelled my withdrawals!

    Hi,

I joined Jackpot City and deposited £1000 and won £5000 which I withdrew. I then had to submit documentation so I used the same docs I had had certified for my Lucky Nugget withdrawal (which took over a fortnight to go through)

The withdrawal was in progress and I was told the documentation was all ok.

So I played again depositing £10,500 and finally withdrawing £13,500

Now they have locked my account and told me all my withdrawals have been cancelled and my deposits returned to me as my documentation was no good.

I have tried talking to them but they will not budge or reverse their decision!

    Please help,

    Steve.

P.S. Tried to post in Casino Complaints but would not let me for some reason...

Have you tried sending Max a PM (private message)? If you have a legit complaint he is the one to talk to.

No, maxd is not the Casinomeister, but he will help you with your complaint. The reason you could not post in the complaint section is because you have not met the requirements allowing you to do so. Please read the rules in that section for more information. You must request assistance by PM until you meet the membership requirements.

Go straight to PAB (Pitch a Bitch). Both casinos are part of the Belle Rock group, so Max should be able to sort out what is going on, as from your tale it seems you have been fed a crock of sh1t about documents being no good, since these are the same documents the SAME casino group passed as OK with Lucky Nugget.

One possible issue might be that you claimed the welcome bonus at Jackpot City having already claimed it at Lucky Nugget (not allowed), another is that you have NOT sent the same documentation, perhaps by mistake, and have made them think you are up to something.

Your second deposit of over 10K puts you well into potential VIP territory, so Belle Rock could have made a pretty stupid mistake if this turns out to be another of their seemingly endless CS cock-ups.

Apart from the formal PAB process, Belle Rock also have a rep here at Casinomeister, and he is pretty good at sorting out many of the issues that simply cannot be progressed at CS level.

A PAB will allow Max to see information from the casino, as well as take a statement from yourself. Do not miss anything out in the PAB form, especially do not try to conceal anything, since Max will find out, and this will prejudice your likelihood of a favourable outcome.

Them returning your deposits at this stage, because your documentation "is no good" is not the end of it, you at least have your own money back before what could be a lengthy process, and if you can prove your case, you should see your winnings. Do NOT deposit again at Lucky Nugget either, if they are unhappy with you at Jackpot City, they are going to be unhappy with you now at Lucky Nugget.

In my opinion, it is unwise to deposit again at a casino where you have a still pending withdrawal. Receipt of your withdrawal without trouble shows the casino are happy with your play, and presumably your documentation if supplied.
