    Thank you Louise at Rushmore.

    Ive never had someone respond so quickly, and help me with a situation. When it comes to customer service, I wish all casinos had Louise to teach their people. Thank you again for making me feel like the vip they said I am. I only hope that when people from the US read this they know that they have a true friend at Rushmore.

    Louise is simply great no doubt about that. Just how many members here have benefitted from her service? However, that will be the start of fresh worries as to how to tackle an increasing burden. She is the accounting manager and has to take up the role of customer service manager as far as I can see. Players will flock to her for assistance and no matter how good she is, things will eventually take their toll.

    One thing I earnestly hope Louise and the Rushmore Group will look into is the way withdrawals are handled. Unless the account is a new one or the withdrawal is too large in size or the account is flagged for one reason or another, the system should handle these. Things should not wait for poor ole Louise to come back and approve them personally. Come on Rushmore, you dont want to overwork your best staff, do you?

    Hey chuchu - I'm all good We have quite a few customer service supervisors and a customer service manager, so luckily things aren't all on my shoulders. I also work for the accounting approving documents so have access to send withdrawals via e-wallet accounts also - You know where to find me!

    Concerning payouts, you know I've always been honest and upfront about these matters... There is always room for improvement and in the very near future we will have a team double the size we have now working in various departments. We are hiring more and more people as we speak. We of course strive to be the absolute best in the industry and provide the best all-around service available, so I hope that these few cases of not meeting the time frames for payouts will be a thing of the past in the very near future!

    It is quite right that Louise and Her group are praised when they get things right but do we really need so many different threads on virtually the same subject?
    Nothing against you personally cpdnd or Louise but this is the 3rd thread on this on this page alone.

    We are the first to complain or out a casino when their is a problem. Well why not compliment someone who is actually helping us the casino player. Maybe if other reps see how well of a job she is doing they would finally see the light and hire people like her. once again job well done louise, and no i lost it all.

    I am fine with that and agree but having so many parallel threads is not necessary or desirable IMO.

    i was starting to thing louise ran the casino single-handed as the emails i have received were signed louise, and your always here helping people
    its good to know your getting some help
