Heads Up - Manderin Palace Casino

    Hi,

I heard some bad comments about this new Mandarin Palace peeps are claiming that they register an account and then they are placed under review. When contact support they are told that they don't allow their country to play.

I decided to check them out myself.

Sure enough registered and received notification my account was under review.
Contacted Live Support only to be told that they do not accept Australian player yet.

However on the registration form when I selected Australia, the page refreshed and asked for my state. Which all Australian states were listed in the drop down box.

Fine tooth combing of their T&C's and there is no mention that Australian players are not accepted.
    YYYhttp://www.mandarinpalace.com/terms-and-conditions.html

Further more I could not find any reference on site which indicated that Australian player could not sign-up.

Again this is just a heads up that I'd be vary wary of Manderin Palace Casino.

    Cheers
    T

Saw a topic discussing them here so I went and signed up just to play in free mode their unique software and low and behold "Account is locked please contact support" so I jump on over to live-support and start talking...

The support guy asked me my first and last name I told him...then he asked me where I saw mandarian palace advertised I told him I saw it on casinomeister.com

Then INSTANTLY a wall of text comes up saying "Your not on our invite list your account will not be activated" "We are not responsible for the content on other webpages" blah blah blah.

So I said ok..delete my contact details and update your webpage if this is going to be a private casino and left the chat.

I am from the United States..don't bother signing up unless your one of the select few who got an invite.

Not saying they are scam since I never got to deposit/withdraw but it looks like they are a small private casino.

Now I am curious here...what if someone was to signup and go to live chat and SAY they got an invite but never really did. I'll try that later today when the live-rep changes.

So, who gave them details of players who might be interested them? If they are a "private casino", and independent, there seems no LEGITIMATE way they could have got hold of enough personal details to compile a TARGETED invite list. The ONLY thing they could LEGITIMATELY possess is a GENERAL mailing list of pretty much every person in a targeted geographic region.

I looked at the website, and although it was not stated, it indicates this is a casino set up purely to serve the US market, and sidestep UIGEA. It is likely only US players are on the invite list, but SOMEONE has to have passed details over to them since it is clear they are NOT simply inviting players by mass mailing whole states or counties.

The fact they can tell whether a specific US player is on the list indicates they have already got these player's personal details BEFORE they fill in the registration, and can lock accounts quickly after checking registered details against the invite list.

INVITED players do not appear to be having problems, but the way they treat "other" US players wanting to play makes them look slippery.

I don't think the final answer is in on that group. I've played some because depositing became easier when everyone else became harder (and ya gotta wonder about that) plus I enjoy some of the slots and needed a change. I guess one of the big worries by some players is why the 'list' and where it came from. That doesn't really concern me though since I figure I'm on a trillion lists all over the internet good and bad. I will say that I think Mandarin might be the more serious of the group because they seem to hand out less freebies and yet still do business and that makes me think they already have a good customer base. But that's just my opinion.

I am also from the USA and I also got a private invitation to join, which I did a long while back. I did enjoy their games a lot and have deposited and withdrawn a few times without issue. The only thing I felt was against this casino was the length of time it took to pay out which was about a week and they only paid out by wire.

I haven't been back to play in the last few months since I decided against online gaming for the time being and the one thing that stopped me from playing more often was the slow payouts. That is all I can offer on this casino from my past play and experience with them.

Hey silcnlayc maybe one of the qualifications for being on the 'list' was having pink hair and/or bikini.
