    Club World Casino

    Club World casino was voted best casino US friendly?

    This casino has No live support. If you click live support you're guaranteed at least a half hour wait and sometimes nobody even responds.

    They might be US friendly but they're certainly not player friendly.

    Hi Skiny,

    Sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience at Club World.

    Just curious, what is their turn-around time on email responses?

    24 hours seems to be the accepted industry standard.

    I have also noticed the long waits for CS where they use to answer almost immediately. As for me and email, depends on what day of the week you send it. Monday thru Thursday - answered within hrs. Friday thru Sunday - Monday most times. Kinda like their payouts on withdrawals.

    Ooooooooops, my bad. I misread it...lol I thought that was weird.

    And honestly, if the industry standard is 24 hours, then the industry needs to take a crash course on customer service...there's no reason for any casino to take over 2-4 hours to respond to a player's issues...

    Casinos take deposits and allow players to gamble 24/7/365, and their support staff should be manned 24/7/365 as well. If the current staff cannot handle the volume of player's issues, then they (any casino) need to hire more staff to compensate for slow response times.

    I have just checked the stats from our Live Support system for the past two months and the average wait time for an operator to respond is 2mins 17secs with 48% of chats being responded to in under 60 seconds.

    Skiny, you cannot complain that we are unfriendly - in the past three days our CS advisors have spent 2hours 54mins chatting with you

    Half Hour

    Now granted, when I'm chatting with CW its usaly to beg for nd chips or special match bonuses (which sometimes they give me) but I'm never on hold more than maybe 4 mins. if its really buzy mayb 8 with an apology.

    Can you confirm that most of the time it was mostly chatting and not putting th OP on hold because this could account for the 3 hours of chatting.
