    JackpotCity move to Microgaming

I'm sad to see that JackpotCity have left their fantastic and original games to move to MicroGaming software....now it's just another MG casino like so many others.
I don't get it, they had developed their own software but they prefer to pay royalties to use MG's one.
They also lose their originality which is a hudge advantage in this competitive market.
It's also mentioned on their new site (the design is brilliant, I love it) that they are part now of Belle Rock Entertainment.
    Could someone explain ?

OK, it's 6am, I'm still at the office, I confused Jackpocity and JackpotJoy, I definitely need to go home and sleep.
Can a good soul delete this post please ?
The worst thing is that I've read the PR twice and I've spent 15mn on the website...
